Absolutely amazing service

I placed a large order for 136 books I had tried to buy them from two other online bookstores not only could they not get them but I and had very bad experiences with both regarding customer service I was beginning to think that these books were impossible to get until someone recommended Libristo EU I was very happy and somewhat surprised that they actually were able to find all of them and once they received them they shipped them immediately What impressed me most was their customer service I can honestly say that I have never experienced customer service from an online store like I did from these people They were very efficient professional and you could tell that they actually care about their customers Will I do business with them again DEFINITLYWould I recommend Libristo EU ABSOLUTLY

Perfect shop and service

Easy navigation on the web very good prices and smooth friendly communication The great thing is that I can order books in my native language while living abroad I can only recommend this shop to every book lover

Secure packaging no damaged books at any way great condition arrived earlier than expected constantly updates about the availability of each book quick and detailed answers to emails cheap delivery options I had an item that was 50 50 chance of delivery - we are searching the world included in my first order and the rest of them were available very quickly so the emailed me saying that if I wanted they could split the order in two in order for me not to wait up to six weeks to get my half ready order with additional delivery cost at my behalf and of course I said yes Over all it was a great experience Ordering from Greece Totally recommended Not a single complaint Will definitely order again

Trustworthy and honest

For a while I missed the Book Depository but that was before I learned about Libristo They are trustworthy and honest They even informed me that one of the books had been damaged in transit and that I would have to wait for their suppliers to send me a brand-new undamaged book This bookstore is excellent for browsing from the convenience of your home

Absolute go-to for foreign books

I pretty much always order my books from Libristo as I read solely in English and the bookstores in my country have quite a diminished stock of books in foreign languages I have already ordered dozens of books from the website and can t say I had any problems whatsoever The selection is absolutely huge and I always manage to find even some rarer books to buy Their loyalty service is a nice addition as well you earn points for every purchase which can be later redeemed for smaller items or even free shipping Although the prices are not the cheapest and shipping can take quite a while I almost always check this website first when I am about to buy the newest book for my collection

fav website to order books from

I ve discovered libristo in august 23 and have made two big purchases ever since They have the best prices and the books are very well packaged arriving in good condition This week right before my second big purchase was shipped Victoria from customer service contacted me about one of my books being damaged She asked me if I would like to keep it anyway or get a replacement which was a very thoughtfull and efficient approach to the matter in my opinion It has become my favorite website to order books from I would definitely recommend it

Great online bookstore

I ordered 2 books from the Sun Eater series - for some reason they are impossible to find in Denmark even in webshops Delivery was when promised and books were in great condition I will be definetaly ordering from Libristo again
