I am very happy with my purchase I had a question before ordering and got a very quick and thorough response My order arrived intact and well packaged I did choose to have it delivered at a pick-up point which I think is the best way to ensure faster delivery and to avoid any damage

Was looking for Berserk deluxe editions and found Libristo never heard of them before and I really hate that I missed them until now Selection is stunning order process smooth as butter The only issue was that delivery took a tiny bit longer than expected but that is on the delivery company Libristo handed it over in time Book arrived in absolutely pristine condition zero complaints This will be my go to book store from now on Well deserved five stars stay amazing Additionally looking through the site it seems they will go above and beyond in trying to locate the exact book you want even if they don t have it stocked which is an incredible service to offer Love it

The initial reason why I bought some books here was because they sold a specific edition that I couldn t find anywhere else any more - so first of all a compliment for offering such a wide collection of books and still asking a normal price for it But the main reason for the five stars is the amazing customer service that they provide First of all you can choose from two delivery service companies I chose for GLS But after transfer of the package to the delivery service on the day that it would be delivered to me the package got lost by GLS Although GLS was not quite cooperative in retrieving the package Libristo responded quickly to my messages and put a lot of effort into helping me - eventually sending the books again for free when the package wasn t found In the end it took a while for me to get the books but they were in very good state and I couldn t be more pleased with the service So thank you Libristo I will definitely come back here if I need some special books again

I ve been ordering books from this store for over a year now and I absolutely love Libristo Every book I ordered arrived in a couple of days packed nicely with an adorable small origami bookmark as a gift They have a huge selection of books I ve even found some books there which I couldn t find anywhere else on the web I had a small problem with delivery once in the past and customer support resolved it within a couple of hours - Final thoughts Great service huge selection and amazing quality Not a single complaint
