It s been 15 days since my order One item was in stock and the other 50 50 It now still stays 50 50 in my order history while on the product page itself it says in stock Questionable why my order was not updated and I haven t received an update since the order confirmation

I waited so long for my books around 3-4 or possibly more weeks for this book I really like On the website It says in stock but since they resell to europe it really just means the people they buy it from have the book in stock I m still wating for the book and the keep sending me emails every date its supposed to come Honestly I seen alot of good reviews but my experience wasnt the best

The advertised delivery time for the books I ordered was 4-6 days I placed the order on 26th of September for a birthday present now is 7th of October and no sign of my order After waiting some 20 minutes on the phone I managed to get in touch with an operator and she informed that the book will be delivered probably within the next two days much longer than anticipated I rate it 2 stars only because the lady on the phone was kind and willing to explain why it takes so long It s really disappointing when the promised delivery time is key for placing the order

I got absolutely completely different prints editions of books I ordered Which matters for a lot of people and is extremely annoying inconvenient and wrong Why do completely false advertisement and show one thing on the image and then send a completely different print and edition of that book Trying to justify this with Oh but the ISBN fits or You need to check ISBN does not work because the same ISBN is on both books Or gives many prints and editions on google making it very confusing I was quite very disappointed when the books arrived because it is hard to get English books in EU after brexit and this seemed like a very good site with good prices However this was resolved quickly and with nice and prompt customer service as well as normal immediate and logical solutions to the problem Thank you All in all be careful when using Libristo EU if book covers or editions matter to you always check in with them before shipment

Ordered a book set and while the package looked nicely packed sadly the set box was broken the beautiful one with books inside not the package box on one side at the bottom book that was on that side also got its cover damaged The rest of the books are fine Anyways it was easy to order I had no problems with delivery they came even a day or two sooner than it was predicted I will give another chance I think and order from here again

It s a great website and you can find any book you want Only downside is shipping time Considering almost every book will be coming from abroad it makes sense I will buy again

The book arrived maybe 3 days ago The book was not really in the great condition since when i broke the spine you could almost see the threads which we re holding the pages together coming out of the book which i had to give it to my dad to fix it back if it makes sense The book overall has good quality and it s really nice to hold in the hands Customer service is also brilliant and fast but i would recommend that if the book is not arriving on time for you to inform customer a bit earlier since i got nervous and was afraid it won t even get delivered I m giving 4 stars for customer service and for the book almost 3 and a half stars even though there was damage It was easy to fix At least for my dad

I have ordered on libristo ro an item that was not easy to find in my area I have got the item I have ordered within the estimated delivery time and the price was the best I could find online so I am happy with the purchase and with the Libristo s services The item arrived in perfect condition However I had another issue a few weeks after my order I have received a call from a person who addressed me with the pseudonym I have used when I have ordered on libristo ro introducing himself as my bank consultant and who tried to obtain my personal banking details I have recognised the fraud immediately so the guy hug up abruplty I suspect that the company or someone within the company is selling the customers data to dubious companies or individuals so be aware
