Poor delivery and bad promises

Very bad experience with this company i placed an order on the 14th of June and the promise was 5 days delivery it is now 2nd of July and when i reach out to their support on 420739267744 they have no idea where the package is and can t give a support at all Very disappointed will never order from them

I ordered one book The payment has been accepted the delivery should be about 18 days but I still haven t gotten any book I got no mail how so ever about when it will be delivered or where it is The only thing that they have informed me is being processed I m so frustrated because their mail doesn t work and they haven t answered me I paid 28 euro or something like that

I never received my two books I ordered they said that they send them and that I didn t receive them which is a lie as couriers always send me a message I never received a tracking number from libistro and now they don t answer my mails I just lost 45 46

Double paymet issue

I recently placed my first order and completed the payment online with Libristo eu Upon delivery the postal service required a family member who was present at the time to pay for the parcel again using an electronic signature as proof I promptly filed a claim with the company but after several weeks of back-and-forth communication they asserted that there were no records of the double payment This experience has been very disappointing Although the amount in question was not substantial it has left a negative impression and I will not be making any future purchases from this company

Insulting policy

I ve used Libristo a few times before without issues but this time they lost me as a customer They sent me a wrong edition of the book I ordered and then they asked me to send photos which I did After that they admitted their error and offered a 4 discount even though I paid 21 in total for the book Otherwise they said I could return it but that I would have to stay home the whole day because they wouldn t be able to determine when GLS would arrive Do they seriously expect people to do that Luckily there are other good places to buy books because I m done with Libristo

I made a 4 book order of 83euros they sent me 1 that had nothing to do with my order and they do not respond to my email Since I had to go public to drow attention I have to add give your customer service to kindergarten kids they ll manage better for sure 04 10 24If you re lucky your order will arrive correct otherwise good luck because you will have to deal with the most useless and incapable customer service

The worst experience of pre-ordering a book I have ever had Constant delays in availability Once despatched book went missing for 3 days between depots Will not use again

order 5733927 ordered on OCT 28th still waiting with estimation of delivery NOV 28th This is ridiculous 1 month to source an order No word for weeks and no updates I have no idea what is happening with this order Avoid at all cost

Don t buy

It is funny how they try to justify the books arriving damaged by we don t protect our books with bubblewraps or plastic wraps during shipping to protect and save the nature While books keep arriving with damaged spines corners or torn pages because of no protection during shipping
