Rude abrupt delivery man

This delivery man named KEREM was very rude I collected my food from the hotel lobby When i saw him I said hi And all he did was took the food out from his bag and pass it to me with a very unpleasant face I dont know why I even bother to say thank you

Please bring Deliveroo back

Please bring Deliveroo backI am not sure why Deliveroo exited the market of Germany but Lieferandoo is of very poor quality due to 1 most of the high quality restaurants are not registered there2 i regularily get delays 30 to 60 minutes with my delivery3 The food tracking links often do not reflect where the driver is Often I get 0 min The delivery guy is close but the link still points to the restaurant but then there is no delivery guy

Just copy Deliveroo please

Your website is Not mobile friendly and the user experience could be improved The time tracking when ordering doesn t work properly most of the time the deliveries take longer The filtering doesn t work The information about opening hours of restaurant is confusing Basically I m using your service just because it s the only one available in Berlin

Only use as a last resort

It works but you will struggle to find and filter restaurants the food tracker will not work most probably your food might arrive late and cold and when you try to contact customer service you will not get an answer Only use as a last resort

The pizza was ok

The pizza was ok but I ordered guacamole with the pizza not lemon juice Do not order their guacamole ever at this place It is disgusting

Compared to Uber eat

Compared to Uber eat there is no way to communicate with the delivery man using the app So if there was a a problem with delivery the only solution is to call the restaurant I encountered a case without no answer at all from the restaurant while the app was saying ordered delivered In fact the delivery took place 20 minutes after delivery being stated in the app Not acceptable

Tip for drivers Better not via system

I am writing as a driver the function that allows customers to specify a tip for an order is absolutely useless and has to be removed out of system at one Better let the customers give the Tip themselves to drivers themselves while delivering Otherwise system doesn t work Please remove this function from the system immediately Up to this point the app is good

Disappointed

I ve been very disappointed with the service lately The last orders took way too long and after I contacted the customer service all I could get were what seemed to be automatic email replies that were totally unhelpful

Many of your employes are not

Many of your employes are not competent By the time they finally deliver my ordered menue the food is cold It is the responsibility of Lieferando to train their workers well

Poor delivery app

The tracking of your order on the app is horrible When I get delivery from this app the delivery guy always goes to a different address and not my address even though other delivery services i e delivery direct from the restaurant never have this problem The app lets you switch the language to English but nothing gets changed Now I find the restaurant I want go to their site where I can translate into English and order directly from the restaurant I ve been using this app from December 2020 until October 2022 because it is the only delivery app I strongly recommend going directly to the restaurant website and not using the Lieferando app
