Order did not arrive and got a refund

Order OO0WFWHorrible experience I came back from travel on Sunday night and I did not eat the whole day So I ordered from lieferando the order was not confirmed for 1 hour I contacted the restaurant and there was no reply I tried to reach someone from the customer service no one replied either Till now no one is answering me I paid money for the food and a tip for the driver that never came and I didn t get any money back and I slept after one whole day of travel without food That s not everything it s also worth mentioning that this is the 3rd time that my order get canceled on Lieferando in the last 3 months Update I got my refund and a voucher the costumer service were really nice but replied 3 days after the problem occurred which is ok

The communication is lacking sometimes

The communication is lacking sometimes I wrote lieferando an email about an oder about almost a month ago and I never got a response I paid 10 for a mistaken order and until now I havn t gotten my money back

The driver gave away my order

The driver gave away my order to a man in front of my building in the best case or they just stole it and lied in the worst case But support initiated a refund and gave me a voucher on top Still disappointed but at least support was good

Acceptable and prompt customer service but an underwhelming website experience

I ordered a meal with a restaurant that I have ordered with previously and expected there to be no problems However something went wrong when my order was communicated between Lieferservice and the restaurant My address was not received properly by the restaurant and ultimately this somehow led to the order being misplaced I never received the food I had ordered and paid for However Lieferservice contacted me promptly promising a refund and I am satisfied by that

More support needed

The interface is simple and works fine The last couple of days I couldn t log in in the app but I can still order so it didn t bother me What bothers me a lot is that you don t receive a lot support if something goes wrong for example when a restaurant never brings you an order you wait for ages for an order that will never come and then wait a long for the money to get back to your credit card and in all the non receiving you order you are supposed to call the restaurant and arrange it yourself it shouldn t be like that

improvable UX UI

Deliveroo had a way better interface and user experience It was easier to check for the food because there were pictures of all the different dishes also it was easier to look for a specific food you were interested to find Overall the app needs a huge improvement from the UX UI experience

Money taken no food no refund

Ordered food and paid using paypal didn t receive my food called the restaurant and was told that they never received my order The money has been taken from my paypal I contacted Lieferando support on 27 10 2017 regarding this issue I am yet to receive a reply from them on this EDIT Changed the rating and edited the review slightly after the situation has been resolved thanks for the customer representatives that helped solve the problem

Unreliable

Unreliable times of delivery Unreliable restaurants Happened more than once that my order was forgotten or not delivered because the delivery guy was lazy to call the number and ask The restaurants are not able to cooperate when asked about the copy of the receipts or about the status of the order
