when it works it s okay

when it works it s okay when it doesn t it s horrible nobody wants cold food On one hand there is way more restaurants you can order now On the other hand the service of the restaurants that have native delivery is always better than Lieferando When you can just go to your restaurant by yourself and order for takeaway It will most likely be faster and you def get a hot meal

Service improves in the face of bad ratings

Map tracker is useless they offer vouchers for stamps that only end up not working then offer you vouchers that are worth less to make up for it Note that these also don t work Edit My voucher issue has been resolved quickly my rating was previously one star I will continue to use this app now unless something else comes up I can t say I recommend not using it but I don t necessarily recommend it either

Open Restaurant are listed as Closed

Whenever i want to order with this Service it says Restaurant closed i should Check tomorrow or Pick another one So i have to take the Phone and call the Restaurant that they can bring me Food I can t understand that nonsenseEdit If they Close themself for Lieferando why so they take Orders by Phone I will ask them next time till then 1- 3 Stars

Maestro card not accepted

Unfortunatelly with maestro card cannot be paid There are other fancy paying methods but taken into consideration that 90 of germany posess a maestro card it is losing business opportunity

The predicted time of delivery is sometimes not as promised Unlike doordash in the US you cannot follow up the position of the delivery guy

They stole my money

They are the worst I have never had such an experience with an online payment they charged me but never sent the order to the restaurant I wrote them a few times to refund me but they did not bother to even answer If you want to lose your money for no reason order food from this websiteUpdate After this comment they contacted me and refunded the money

No refund for undelivered items Solved

Edit 6 days later after 3 e-mails and 1 review Lieferando eventually refunded the charges for undelivered items plus a 10 discount code Their customer support have declined dramatically since ca a month ago For example my last order 9UAGLR was delivered missing 2 items I contacted the support twice via their Help Center and at their email support at liefrando de only to get a generic reply 3 days later saying that they are missing some information and ask me to explain my request in detail What more details could they possibly need to process the refund for undelivered items besides the order number and the name of undelivered items already detailed in my previous communication with them Am I supposed to provide the explanation of why my order wasn t delivered as I ordered it and as they charged me for it I can see already from their generic replies to previous reviews here that I ll be most likely replied to here by another Please contact support at liefrando de Well I already did trice in vain and here they have the order number and date which they can look up in their system and follow up on the case if they actually care
