As far as I can tell Lieferando delivers reliably and on point The only thing I have critique about is when I order from City Pizza Oftentimes the delivery was too late occasionally even 1-2 hours too late If I perfectly knew this was City Pizza s fault and not possibly Lieferando s this would easily be a 5 star rating but I have no way of telling which of the two is to blame for it so I ll go with a 4 star rating instead All in all very recommendable though

Wide variety of restaurants Website user-friendly Easy payment methods The point system is a nice inclusion A chat customer service support could be a nice addition for potential problems that arise A GPS tracking system would be great some other food delivery services have this for their delivery drivers cyclists

There is nothing to complaint about the Lieferando experience The app is superb the user experience is good as well However my only gripe is the restaurant rating system or the lack of it Most restaurants are not great for all dishes they serve We need to have a dish based review system that help us in making our choice

I am generally satisfied with Lieferando It s easy to use and does have a variety of foods to choose from There are 3 points which I personally don t like 1 the delivery time usually exceeds the originally stated time 2 the food tracker doesn t work for many restaurants and 3 paying cash is often not accepted Otherwise I am satisfied

Lahmacun was good but for me to much Salt Is there a Chance for a light version They delivered very fast and very friendly I would like to taste more turky Food Thank you nice summer

I made an order at 11 01am on the 12th of September I am regular user of Lieferando On this day after paying and the tracker told me my delivery was on the way it never arrived I called the restaurant and they said they did not get my order from lieferando Thank God I made a screenshot of my order and the payment from my bank app I thought it was a delay so I waited 2 hours and nothing came I sent an email to lieferando but I got no response I know glitches can happen sometimes but the support at least should respond to the email and send a refund This is the sixth day and I have gotten no response from them No food No refund No response from Lieferando Be careful when trying to make orders especially with large amounts If anything happens you might not get a response and lose your money Wolt might be a better alternative Edit They responded and made me a refund Though it took almost 13 days

After my last review The told me to reach them via social media platform How does that make any sense please I sent you an email both via support lieferando and info lieferando with all the details of me making an order that wasn t delivered and also details of me being charged and not receiving any response refund or what I ordered Just respond to the emails please This is honestly getting out of hand Edit They responded and made me a refund Though it took almost 13 days

Not ordering that often but I observed a big upgrade on the foods quality and the delivery was fast Definitely ordering soon again and next time with a tip didn t had enaugh small pesos in my purse

Food is really tasty I can highly recommend However even mild version can be really spicy sometimes if you are sensitive Only point of criticism I got wrong order of Naan bread more than once I wanted it filled with coconut and got meat filled and I don t even eat meat so that s bad
