We have had a very good experience with Lieferando

They have everything and it is always good I do not know how they do it but they deliver french fries that taste good they do have some tough days Saturday afternoon and evening are really busy for them so order ahead or save it for another time The food is nice we have tried the cordon bleu the lasagna al forno the schnitzel almost all the pizzas the hamburgers the wings and they are all good

Delivery time

We have had a very good experience with Lieferando There have been a few times when orders were not quite right and the restaurants always did what they could to make it up to us There was only one time that our order never arrived We have just avoided that restaurant and haven t had anymore problems The food has so far always been good and the delivery time very reasonable The delivery people have always been pleasant at least since the GPS quit sending them to the wrong house Lol

Gut Essen

Ordered MacDonald on Lieferando and realised that one of the items isn t delivered we called the customer service who issued a refund recived almost instantly after the call with them ended We also received an additional 10 discount for future order great customer service experience

Made an order which didn t go through

Great customer service I have faced some issues with the system taking the order at times and then the restaurant not delivering it because they were out of delivery area and wrong orders but they always make sure to help in any way possible and also compensating with vouchers I like there service Maybe they can increase the portfolio of restaurants that also deliver late at least in Bonn

For two days in a row I was missing

Made an order which didn t go through because I was outside the delivery area of the restaurant 5 minutes later Lieferando notified me and sent me a 7 50 voucher for the inconvenience Mistakes will always happen and how they are dealt with is really important Lieferando reacted quickly and recompensed me This is an approach I have really missed in my time in Austria So well done Lieferando

EDIT I was contacted by Lieferando and my issue was solved It was a great customer service experience For two days in a row I was missing items from two order After having contacted both lieferando and the restaurant I was neither compensated nor got my full order delivered Extremely disappointing as I use to order food regularly in the past

We ordered pizza and the man called marten Martin was really nice But it was our fault that he s getting later to his next client because we didn t answer the phone So please it wasn t his fault It was in Berlin the 5th april 23 10pm
