Kalidass was very helpful responded extremely promptly and efficiently and just made the whole process easy He answered emails at all times eg evenings weekends which was unexpected but really helpful

Maintenance issue quickly resolved

I had a maintenance issue and my property manager was out of office so Rosita helped in and really ensured the issue was taken care of quickly She was very responsive and very helpful and was pleasant to interact with the entire time

After having issues with our previous property manager Noor El Chamcham took over the managment of our two properties Noor has always been extremely precise attentive and fast replying to all our enquiries and making sure the apartments were very well taken care She has been amazing in helping with the sale of the property organizing very quickly a heat pump maintenance and everything needed for the keys handover

The lettings and property management teams are excellent They always deal with any questions I have in a courteous and friendly manner whether I contact them via email or telephone And they take care to find suitable tenants for my property

Resolution to a complex issue

I recently had a complex issue that had been pending for the last three years Despite continuous escalation multiple parties including CEP energy providers were not addressing the issue However my property manager Rosita Kausiute recently took decisive action to partially resolve the issue I commend her for her efforts as this was longstanding problem had previously gone unresolved for three years
