To avoid at any cost A pleasant company at first sight if you are not living abroad Selling you very good yield and project but deliberately omit to inform you that the conditions are not set for you They have experience to work with non resident but still don t give all the necessary information for a financial investment Whereas they position themselves for an essential and key support on site for people living abroad Commercial make you anyway sign a preliminary sales agreement obviously with sellers owners they know and they are used to working with accompanied with a fake negotiation of the price Their rates are extremely high for the support they offer -i e the kitchen design for example 7K for an extreme basic kitchen and materials Finally you end up not going further with the project but the seller owner get some fees 10 of the project you loose money and more importantly you will be blocked and won t be able to reach the assistant to solve the situation Conclusion to be not recommended at all not professional 6 months lost along with almost 10K

Four year later I have to renovate everything it s simply a nightmare Plumbing leaking Closet done specifically falling Bookshelf falling I had already to spend 20 of the works price

Excellent experience with LITTLEWORKER

Beyond my expectations from the beginning till the end I came across LITTLEWORKER on Instagram always impressed by their style of interior decoration work The quotation was professionally written in full detail each individual cost was given clear reasoning and was well adjusted to my stated budget Thanks to the project coordinator I was well explained step by step page by page on the quotation I felt reassured about the amount of work time needed and each cost involved A team of friendly and sincere professionals with whom I feel completely comfortable to express my wishes They are attentive to details both aesthetically and practically Even for certain unexpected challenges I was impressed by their problem-solving abilities Today they came for some final touches I admire their attitude towards their work always aiming to give the best to their clients until the very end Frankly it s rare to find such a team nowadays Un grand merci
