We ve been using LiveWebinar since 2019 doing at least one webinar per week and it does everything we want it to do simply effectively consistently It has all the features you want in a webinar system marketing features customizable registration forms directed exits you ll see the full list here The team at LiveWebinar has always been incredibly responsive and the software has continued to evolve with meaningful new features LiveWebinar also integrates well with other systems use including our CRM to our other events platforms Other webinar SaaS companies promote to us all the time and I just never see a reason to switch - the value is never as good as what we already get from LiveWebinar

I held a live event with recording to be made available to students later However even though the LiveWebinar system reported that it was being recorded without showing any errors when I went to check the recording it came back completely blank Worst of all when I asked for an explanation of what could have happened the answer was that it could happen and that they cannot predict this failure I ve been using Webinarjam for over 3 years now I ve never had a problem and the support has always been excellent LiveWebinar is not reliable and the answer is that it can happen I do not recommend translated
