Fantastic service from start to finish Jo was great as initially we had a complicated case which she navigated through and found a way Alanah was on top of everything getting it processed within a few weeks and always there to help when we needed it After years of struggling with a major building society this was a breath of fresh air Financially it s made a huge difference with interest charges and fees It seemed to good to be true we can t thank them enough
