10 10 service exceptional customer service

I don t really know where to start After being declined for an extension on our mortgage to consolidate debt we decided to just try a different route which lead us to Loan co uk We first spoke to Billy who found us a suitable product and within a few hours we were already assigned Lisa as our case manager Lisa was exceptional we had everything signed sealed and in our bank very quickly her knowledge empathy and guidance was excellent but her customer care and contact has been nothing but 10 10 holding our hands the whole way and working hard to put our minds at ease after our disaster with the bank Thank you again Lisa we will certainly use your services again the future and I would highly recommend Loan co uk to anyone who needs support like we have
