Form is unbelievably long for a quick quote

Couldn t give me a credit score with over 560 score makes no sense poor brainless and waste of time

Very unhelpful and disappointing response received from this company specifically from the company s Northern Ireland representative Ronan McClaughley to a very sound secured mortgage enquiry No good with specialised secured loans so if you aren t looking to have a mortgage on your property don t bother to waste your time in approaching them

I swear this company makes things up as they go along We enquired about a loan and we made it clear that one of us is currently on a contract One minute they said they we could get X amount send us the paperwork to look at and then the next minute it was sorry you can t as they don t consider contract workers Why send us the paperwork then Then they gave us a different lender - trying to pressure us into doing it as the BOE is having a meeting - in THREE WEEKS So we ignored the pressuring email and waited until we spoke about it Then we got back in touch saying we ve paid something off so we won t need to lend as much The adviser replied saying the lender won t look at it at the moment as on our credit scores it says it s not paid off So we waited a few weeks we got in touch again today after checking our credit files and the adviser said the lender won t look at it because there was a missed payment before it was settled What There is no missed payment I swear they have no idea what they re doing Wouldn t recommendEdit since reply - their response says it all There ISNT a missed payment I sent them proof of this It s not the case of the credit report being wrong it s the case that loan co uk don t have a clue

They are absolutely awful Be warned about this companyThey never respond to emails or calls I just reported them

Not good Took days to check which lenders could help Wassim confirmed I could not lend with specific lender who had the best deal I have now gone with another broker who has in fact secured a deal with that specific lender So not sure how this company could not do the same Waste of time

After sharing many of my details I opted for receiving a call to discuss my options I mudt have had 3 emails and three text reminders but when the time came nobody called I m very disappointed

Poor service was led to believe we could get finance on a park home on the original phone call I made the gentleman could have saved me a lot of time by telling me that I am fully aware that you can NOT get a mortgage on a park home before the comments from Loan co uk start rolling in But I was led to believe that they did specialist finance for that type of dwelling and then when I eventually spoke to an advisor was told that they do not finance that type of property Meanwhile I had continued to download 3 months worth of payslips I m paid weekly by the way Not happy as all of this effort could have been avoided and the guy I spoke to wasn t very nice anyway

waste of time fill the form in I have a pretty good credit rating according to experian but without even searching or considering it for 1 second its instantly passed me to a different company Same as any other broker really

After going through the whole process at which Chris was very helpful Loans to go then decide they were in dispute with suggested loan provider What a waste of timeHow can a company send out all the paperwork then decide they are in dispute Go elsewhere
