Overall experience

Logout time is too short Would be great if I pay for tax duties when I place my order instead of separately Some products are not available but are listed as available then when I place an order and after waiting you inform me that it s unavailable and refund me you waste my time and put me in an unfortunate situation because sometimes I really need a product by a certain time

Overall I love this website and use it frequently I noticed that some products were mislabelled meaning the image was for a certain product but description was for another Also some products did not have a description specifically the Etat Pur brand

Quick delivery

Quick delivery Only disappointment- no samples usually whenever you spend over 100 aed in store you would get few samples to get to know best sellers or new products most of online shops do it but this time didn t receive anything

The App would not work and I finally managed to submit the order through the browser I lost out on the higher discount percentage with the BEQUICK discount because of the delay The Lookfantastic team was quick to respond and address the issue Great customer service makes all the difference Thank you

Love the site Great selection of 100 authentic products brands great prices offers Fairly fast delivery to the UAE Have been buying from LF for a few years Some ordered products can be out of stock despite showing availability when ordering This takes a few weeks to resolve restocking or cancellation Some brands products cannot be delivered to the UAE which you only get notified upon checkout --Apple Pay doesn t work Hope you can resolve the minor issues mentioned aboveOverall would definitely recommend
