My fault I did not choose from 10 garments but do find that tops are very lrge despite usually wearing size 14 top perfect fit with m and s

I really like the tops but stylist still not got the bottom half right Though to be fair neither can I The clothes are not cheap but feel good quality I find the returns very easy I have had two boxes and kept a few things Have cancelled scheduled deliveries but will go back occasionally if want to jazz up wardrobe

I have been using the service about 6 months and have enjoyed it I opted for the monthly box as I knew I d only be able to keep 1-2 items at a time and want my work wardrobe at least to be better quality and fresher I ve had 1-2 perfect boxes where if I could have I would have kept everything and 1-2 boxes where nothing was suitable though my body type and preferences probably narrow their options as well The return process is simple and the feedback process is good though sometimes consistency can be lacking I ll return an item one month for example and leave feedback only for it to turn up again in the next or subsequent boxes I can t comment on customer service as I haven t needed to contact them I d like to see a wider variety of brands and more consistency in sizing but this may be difficult for this type of business model Overall- a great service that I d recommend

Having a trained stylist to choose an out fit totally based on me You make what is petceived as a luxury or something only famous people can have affordable and accessable to normal people

I enjoyed the experience It was a nice to have someone pick clothes for me and then I could see what I liked and what I didn t like and some of the choices were really good I didn t feel pressurised to buy anything and the items I didn t want were really easy to return

I started using Lookiero last year and have had 4 or 5 boxes now I have only ever sent one item back due to fit and have always been pleased with the selection It s interactive so by using the app to select items you like or dislike the selection for me has been good I have tried some items sent I wouldn t have normally chosen in the shops and been pleased with them The fit has been good especially blouses and jeans Pricing a little high on some items like t-shirts maybe but overall reasonable for the quality All of the clothes have washed well and I haven t seen other people wearing them so they feel quite unique Returns were easy but the discount is only offered if you keep all five items

I decided I needed a new update of my clothes I knew someone who had used a similar company who had left the Uk but thought I would try this company out I filled in the questionnaire waited for my first box to arrive - I was pleasantly surprised I got one pair of trousers 3 tops and one jacket I liked what they had sent one item didn t fit so I returned it I paid within 24 hrs for what I was keeping they give you five days to decide The jacket is my new favourite item of clothing I have worn it multiple times The process was easy so far I m happy with what I have received I did see some poor reviews - however my experience with one box has been a good one I ve decided to have a box every two months- so looking forward to my next box arriving

I had recently lost some weight and had no idea on how to dress my new frame so I thought I would seek a bit of help and see what would work for me I kept 3 out of the 5 pieces the box contained items I never thought I would wear or didn t have the confidence to wear before and look forward to my next box The sizes go up to a size UK size 20 but they are a little inconsistent I find

I have returned to Lookiero after a break of a couple of years as I was looking for inspiration I was happy with the 10 items suggested and was able to pick 5 easily I kept all 5 items baggy trousers 2 tops a jacket and a bag albeit one top was slightly big so I could have probably downsized if I wanted it fitted Personally the only downside I would say is the price of the tops All were quite expensive in my view

Updated review I ordered my first Lookiero box a year ago and was incredibly pleased with products picked by my personal shopper It was a good opportunity to try different styles Last week I had a bad experience while buying from the shop and applying discount codes Customer service was very unhelpful at first but apologised to me for the confusion I have decided to give the service another go as I loved the concept of the app
