I was a bit dubious ordering in this way - how can anyone else know what I like however very pleasantly surprised that I like all five items and they all fit well except for a pair of jeans that I ll return nothing that I would have chosen myself but well done Lookiero

Defo worth a try

There were 2 items I sent back one a t shirt which was nice enough but something I could get far cheaper maybe not same quality and a pair of ripped jeans which are great for a 20 something maybe even 30 something but a 50 something I don t feel quite right in them I did like the cut of the trousers I kept and the jumper and love the jacket that came

You always appear to have my size which is a bonus as I have normally problems with the majority of them The only thing is your blouses are always very dark put some light colour in to them we are coming into summer Also not all of your customers are young and slim we would like some midi dresses please thank you

Looking for a different look

I have had some good boxes most of the time The whole idea was to find a different look if that was possible The offer of arrangement fee 10 off your purchase is an excellent incentive if you keep at least one item and then a further saving if you keep other items You can communicate with your personal shopper with any suggestions throughout your time Returns are easy with an ore labelled bag

Thoughtful and thought provoking

The selection offered has been thoughtfully put together to be used in various combinations together but also with other items already purchased I would like a few things that challenge my thoughts of what suits me more I don t like the preview I enjoy the surprise of what s been selected

My Lookiero stylist takes my feedback seriously

I don t like shopping and need to start dressing well as we are going back to office for work now A few days after I signed up my stylist sent me an email to review a few clothes she had picked outt for me as potential I didn t like any of them and gave her some feedback as to why It feels like she listened to me and took my feedback on board My box when it arrived was almost perfect I only returned two items as they were very similar to the clothes I already own The return process was also simple and easy The only reason for a 4-star is that I had requested clothes in natural fibres yet almost all were polyester
