A very happy customer

We ve had a bespoke sofa for 3 years and just weren t finding it comfortable We went back to the shop and discussed it with them and they offered to replace the cussions They explained that with bespoke sizes the ratios of foam to feather can change and impact the firmness This morning Craig Duncan delivered the new cussions and it is sooooooo comfortable Delivery was great and exceeded my expectations - you can really tell these guys are proud to work for Love Your Home I can t emphasize just how impressed I am to see a business operate with integrity and pride in the quality of their products Thank you so much

Phenomenal bed quality and great to work with Lovely team Paolo in the showroom was hugely informative and knew every product back to front Martin and Glenn were two expert delivery installation guys who were efficient and hugely helpful

Great product outstanding people make the best company

I m so happy with the bed I ordered The bed is very well made Quality finish Great choice of fabrics and frames The customer service is top notch My email was answered promptly even on a Sunday I got fabric samples very quickly too The bed was delivered in the promised timeframe Duncan and Lee were outstanding on the day They gave me a call an hour before arriving They are great reps for the company knowledgeable precise helpful professional They did a high quality job and left no mess or packaging behind I wish other companies had such a great delivery and assembly service

Absolutely excellent experience

Absolutely excellent experience end to end you can tell the team is smaller and super well run customer service were amazing and responded to any questions within 30mins tops Plus delivery of our sofa was fantastic Gareth Mark were really professional and helpful and to top it all off our new sofa looks incredible we re very happy with our choice Thank you all for a great experience

Excellent delivery service from Gareth and Duncan especially as items were very large and heavy They called ahead were extremely helpful and professional and explained everything about aftercare Very pleased with the delivery and installation service and delighted with the sofa Thank you

Amazing buying experience from start to finish

I don t think I d buy furniture from anywhere else now We spent a day looking at sofas at various shops and Love Your Home was our last stop They blew the competition out of the water The showroom is stunning and we fell in love with one of the models on display The sales consultant we spoke to was really helpful and knowledgable and we placed our order soon after Communication was great throughout the process and the two gentlemen who delivered - Gareth and Mark - were so professional lovely and knowledgable And the sofa is beautiful - true quality and stunning design I would not hesitate to recommend Love Your Home and I hope to buy from them again in the future

The delivery team Mark Craig were early in spite of the long journey to us They delivered the sofa with great care and thoughtfulness They also gave me some valuable advice about looking after my new sofa and cushions Thank you for this beautiful addition to our living room We love it
