Beautiful sofa

The product is great Otilie corner sofa and the delivery team Duncan and Martin were brilliant I had a bit of back and forth with the bespoke element with mistakes in the spec and process but all was resolved in the end Speedy manufacture too Very happy with the end product

Nice sofa - after sales communication could improve

Ordered a sofa on 8 September and it was delivered yesterday 6th November The delivery guys Duncan and Zak were exceptionally helpful and pleasant We had a few mix ups with delivery dates of the sofa and communication was not the best As a goodwill gesture we were credited the price reduction that occurred between order and delivery Sofa is very nice so all worked out in the end

Beautiful bespoke sofa

My sofa has just been delivered by two very helpful polite and knowledgeable men Craig and Lee The sofa looks gorgeous and fits in perfectly it was made to measure I would ve given 5 stars if it wasn t so firm but I am reassured by Craig that it will soften and if not Love your Home will solve the issue and replace the fillers All together I m very happy with my purchase

Just had two really nice sofas delivered by LYH Sofa s are great as expected but what was unexpected was how helpful and considerate Craig and Lee were when delivering They couldn t have been more helpful bringing them into our house and putting them exactly where we needed Thanks very much It was hugely appreciated

We had a great experience with LYH Everyone at the delightful showroom was knowledgeable attentive and friendly especiallh Paulo who was cert patient in answering our many questions We went back several times before settling on a sofa and ended up getting a totally custom one Exactly the size shape colour trim and every detail we wanted 6 weeks roll by and Glenn and Martin do a great job of getting it in and assembled We are very happy and would wholeheartly recommend LYH to anyone

Fantastic sofas and service

Fantastic sofas - the best we ve ever had Love Your Home provided an amazing service from start to finish We had our sofas customised to suit our needs and fit our space and they were more than helpful in accommodating us in this respect Then when receiving delivery both Craig and Mark were brilliant in getting the sofas set up and in place in our home and super-helpful in explaining everything we needed to know Highly recommended

Big shout out to Mark Craig who delivered my order yesterday Not only were they consummate professionals they were early super polite helpful and just the nicest guys Our new sofa chairs and bench are beautiful and very well made Arrived in pristine condition and were quickly put together by the most efficient delivery team
