Don t use

We ordered a bed and an armchair with LYH There are definitely cheaper options on the markets but we liked their designs We waited a very long time for the bed and armchair to be delivered and when they arrived the armchair had three very visible marks on it - not impression marks from delivery but fabric damage where either threads had been removed or chunks of fabric worn away The delivery men agreed that the armchair is significantly damaged and took photos to prove it they also watched us steam it to check it wasn t just an imprint which we agreed it wasn t - they left it with us so that we could use it whilst LYH make us a new one We contacted LYH immediately and instantly they denied any wrong doing and said the delivery men had told them it was an imprint When I went back and told them the lengthy discussion I had with the delivery men they quickly changed their tune since they were lying in the first place They said they would make us a new armchair which they did yesterday that armchair was delivered and the fabric damage was even worst than the first one We instantly rejected it and emailed LYH They once again told us it s fine even sent photos before and after steaming - where clearly the damage is still there and offered to redeliver it So essentially after spending 2 200 with LYH we are left with an extremely damaged item with no apology and no remedy Awful experience low quality items and horrendous customer service Don t use

You can t even make this stuff up

I ordered sofas they arrived 4 months later they were the wrong size I called them and they agreed to make new ones I was told in the meantime I had to keep these in excellent condition any marks and I would get chagrined The new ones came three months later after the delivery men went I measured them and they were once again the wrong size Called the company again and once again it was the same outcome we will send another set keep these clean Two months later the new ones came and finally they got the size right It s taken 11 months and We have been living with about 10 blankets on the sofas to ensure no mark went on them when the children sat down It s been a ridicules service the quality is not what I thought and I wish I had never gone to them in the first place They are rude in their mannerisms especially when there is an issue like I had It s a lot of money to be spending for a poor service I wish someone had guided me and stirred me away from live your home

If I could give 0 star I would I have had the worst experience with LYH I was mis-sold a bespoke sofa after travelling into the showroom and asking several questions to get clarity on everything that was important to us The team are really not knowledgeable consultative and don t listen which has led to a item being purchased which was the opposite to what we had asked for The service from start to finish was awful I raised my concerns of the entire process and tried to find a solution which is unfortunately still unresolved sofa purchased in April 2022 and delivered in July 2022 which just shows the level of poor service I have contacted the owner to discuss the feedback and in hope to get to a solution he will not respond to availability to have a call I can t believe a business operates like this Anyway my advice would be do not invest with LYH as you will be very disappointed with the process experience service and particularly after sales care

poor quality and no reward for loyalty

We spent thousands of pounds on not one not two but three sofas from Love your Home We were happy with them looks-wise in fact they were featured on a TV programme and a discount if 20 was agreed So far so good But then once we just two of us in a home we didn t often use had used the sofas for a few weeks not months we found the quality of the seat pads to be poor There were already signs of wear regardless of the light use We asked Love you Home to honour the discount we had been offered initially due to the size of order and also the publicity so that we could pay for a replacement seat cushion for one of the sofas initially We were told that was impossible and were offered just 50 of that Given these were obviously sub-standard seat cushions in the first place why else would we want to replace them after such light wear just a few weeks after buying them this feels wrong They have managed to convert us from advocating for their business and products to warning people off them in short order I can not recommend Love your Home for either customer service or quality of product I m afraid What a shame

Bought a Florence couch and l am not

Bought a Florence couch and l am not pleased The sofa was expensive but not of great quality Been looking to replace it six- months after purchase

I bought the extra large L

I bought the extra large Lshaped sofa last year it s been 18 months in dec this year 22 the sofa has dents in it where people get up from and the fabric has become loose in the areas it Looks like it s many many years old and it s so new Only 2 people Live in the house and we have 2 rooms downstairs so the room is not used that often I paid thousands for the sofa the customer service has not been great and I would not go back to love your home again When you speak to the company they don t want to know so what other choice do customers have but to share their experience like this online I am Not the customer you have referred to in your reply I will call you in the next few days Thank you

We have had a very poor experience with

We have had a very poor experience with Love Your Home We ordered and paid for a replacement cushion cover Before ordering we were informed that the fabric in which our sofa was made from had been discontinued The factory were contacted and it was confirmed that there was enough fabric to make a new cushion cover The full amount was paid and we were informed that there would be a 6-8 week wait We disposed of our old cushion cover which was no longer fit for purpose 9 weeks passed and we were notified that our cushion cover was out for delivery a further two weeks passed and we were informed that there was now a delay with delivery A further month passed and we had not had any communication from Love Your Home I eventually called Love Your Home to be informed that there was not enough fabric to make the cushion cover and a refund was offered The customer service was appalling and our requests for this to be escalated to senior management Love Your Home owners ignored We now have a sofa that we can no longer use and a company that really do not care Its very disappointing If you are looking to order a sofa I would strongly recommend using a repeatable company and not ordering from Love Your Home

Do not waste your time or money

I have previously written a negative review about LYH but I notice they regularly delete and restart the reviews so it disappeared with many others I would absolutely never buy from them again Promises to rectify my issues in writing never happened and months became years now unbelievable I have a Disraeli sofa bed The bed mechanism slopes forward when stowed and thus so do the cushions you sit on They have a small wedge at the bottom designed to stop this but it is not enough so although you can wedge the cushions level for dressing it as soon as any pressure let alone a person sitting on it then the cushions are sloping towards the floor This neither looks good or provides comfort The first issue the sofa bed mechanism was incorrectly fitted required changing the whole thing which was done but the sloping issue was not solved I was then promised new seat cushions with a wedge shape to fill the slope created by the bed mechanism but after so long and so much effort on my part they just stopped communicating with me It was bought in winter 2017

Caveat Emptor

Gladstone Sofa Unfortunately we experienced issues with the single seat pad made complex due to lock down Whilst it is true to say LYH have tried to provide a solution they haven t really delivered they have apportioned blame by suggesting the deficiency in the seat pad design is due to lifestyle and now consider the matter closed due to elapsed time The elapsed time includes the whole of lockdown where they were slow to react We remain disappointed but this is more than buyer s remorse Leigh LYH TeamThank you for the update Unfortunately monthly maintenance of the single seat pad did not resolve the issue and it required daily resetting and the seat pad deformed in an unacceptable manner We appreciate the additional effort and whilst the two pads with the additional rake are an improvement we remain disappointed Our expectation was a sofa which not only had the correct aesthetic but also one which performed as a piece of furniture LYH have been found to be wanting in respect of the latter

Avoid love your home

I am extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service of this company Merely two weeks after purchasing the sofa a portion of the fabric tore When I approached them they failed to acknowledge it as a manufacturing defect It s unacceptable for a company that charges premium prices and prides itself on offering quality products I strongly advise against buying from them
