Chair is great

Chair is great very comfortable though narrower than I expected You can t curl your feet up but that isn t a bad thing First delivery was cancelled so chair arrived at the last possible date in the time frame

Delivery by Mark and Martin

Delivery by Mark and Martin was efficient and respectful of other things going on juggling other furniture and removal of all rubbish Only reason for 4 was that when sofa purchased I explained I was having a new kitchen installed and wanted to delay delivery This was written down on the sales form and a date was agreed This subsequently was ignored and I was given a delivery date which was not really convenient I emailed LYH but did not get a reply I continued to receive notifications of delivery and ended up having to work around two existing sofas and a kitchen still being installed Very pleased with the sofa though and would return as a customer in future

The sofa is great

The sofa is great Exactly what we were expecting And Duncan and Darren have been wonderful doing their best to accommodate it in our place no such an easy task The delivery though was not organised as expected adding a twist of frustration before the final positive outcome Love our home from today a little be more thanks to them

My overall experience with Love your Home has been challenging but it s made much better by ace delivery team Matt and Ash My sofa arrived very stained and ultimately cushion covers had to be replaced Across several visits Matt and Ash were helpful positive and reassuring Clearly very happy to go the extra mile and very apologetic about the drain issue even though it was no fault of theirs Very appreciated their can-do attitude

Fantastic delivery service

We ordered two armchairs and a set of cushions from LYH Unfortunately the wrong style of cushions were sent to us but after emailing they quickly responded and we hope to receive the new cushions soon The armchairs are such good quality and incredibly comfortable We couldn t fault the delivery service Darren and Mike turned up bang on time helped us position the chairs in the correct space and removed all the packaging for us We didn t feel rushed and believe it or not even showed us how to plump our cushions properly Slight shame about not having the right cushions for Christmas but overall a really lovely experience

Darren and Martin were great delivery

Darren and Martin were great delivery guys The sofa itself was delayed by 3 or 4 weeks with no updates provided by the firm and when I followed up with them they blamed fabric suppliers which is an odd attitude The sofa itself is great so far it s day 1 and i can t fault the delivery team who were very helpful

Bespoke Arm chairs and footstool

Bespoke Arm chairs and footstool Arrived on time Duncan Craig delivering were fantastic Bespoke Loose covered Chairs Footstool Quality ok comfortable however arms need more substantial quality foam padding can easily feel the wood so don t feel they will have any longevity which for the price of these bespoke chairs is very disappointing Footstool expensive cheaply made All Loose covers fit well which is great but sadly have unlined skirts which is surprising Requested all customers own leftover fabric to be returned with Delivery Unfortunately forgotten
