Item damaged on arrival Next delivery delayed We had to cancel because we had tradesmen waiting to work

Awful customer service from the man at the shop counter I placed an order to collect an item and received confirmation that it was ready to collect On the day of collection I drove over an hour to the shop and gave a man behind the counter my order number He went off to look for my item I waited for nearly half an hour and he hadn t returned There was another member of staff there so I explained to him that I d given my order ref to someone but he hadn t come back after nearly half an hour The member of staff was very rude and responded with well the girls on the telephone shouldn t tell you your item is here because maybe it isn t He then shrugged his shoulders and clearly didn t want to speak to me I was disgusted that he spoke to me like that I told him that I had confirmation my order was ready to collect and instead of trying to find out where the first man had gone or trying to help me he started talking to another customer I have never felt so appalled by such a bad level of customer service Low Cost Plumbing More like Low Level Service I will NEVER use them again

Item booked wasn t in stock when went for collection Help desk wasn t educated enough with their products Better off calling the trade counter to find out exactly what s in stock Trade counter had better knowledge of products

Can t really say much as I m still waiting for my order said in stock when paying with 5day delivery on the 5th day I get an email saying out off stock and 4-5 week still no news even after emailing and asking

Avoid was not able to complete a return within 30 days due to lockdown and they refuse to do anything about it Didn t receive a promised callback poor customer service

Ordered on the 28th of June arrived just over two weeks later Wrong product supplied pic s sent explaining problem still no joy told company to arrange pickup One Of the worst companies I have Ever used

No service at all Took my money on 6th October for a bathroom cabinet due to be delivered in 5 to 7 days I called them after two weeks and was told it was out of stock and they would contact the manufacturer to find out more information and would keep me informed I heard nothing so I called today 6th November and got the same story that it still hadn t arrived from the manufacturer and they would chase it up and call me back This time they did call back saying that the manufacturer could not tell them when it would be available so I have requested a refund The issue for me is their failure to keep me informed as promised particularly when I had paid in advance

May I bring to your attention an advert on your site You state in your reply that the the advert for the reducers I ordered stated the sizes were 15mm to 3 8ths Please explain the advert you have for reducers that clearly state 15mm to 17mm - product ref C00457 I look forward to your response

I asked for a fitting to convert 15mm copper tube to 17mm copper tube I was sent two couplings one end was 15 mm and the other end was an imperial size of 3 8 Then because the items were not as requested I sent them back at my own expense even though this was not my mistake I did receive a refund but it was about 8 short So the cost to me for Low Cost s mistake was about 13 Not impressed will not order anything more from this company

Still not received my order 11 working days later Customer service keep promising delivery on certain dates which come and go Refusal to refund delivery costs despite delivery taking double the time I had paid for Would give 0 stars if that was an option
