Purchased a Franke filter tap for a fraction of the price compared to other sites Email enquiry was answered very promptly and was even backed up with a courtesy phone call Now saved in my favourites as low prices added to top customer service is a combination I am happy with

The service we received from Abbie was excellent she answered all my questions and I had confidence in what she was saying Delivery was very quick and polite driver Part of our order is delayed due to the manufacturer being closed but Abbie has kept us informed of progress along the way Would definitely use Low Cost Plumbing Supplies again and highly recommend them

Competitive price Customer service is responsive to the queries The only other comment is for express delivery in 2-4 days the first day is actually day 2 from the date of order not day 1 which is slightly misleading and should have been mentioned very clearly and not in small prints

Quick delivery no problems

I placed an order for a sink after another supplier had repeatedly delivered damaged items to me No such problem here The sink was delivered quicker than I expected and in perfect condition I got great communication on the delivery by email and through the DPD app One thing I didn t realise - this is the same company as Plumbing World I only found this out because I paid via PayPal and the recipient came up as Plumbing World on my PayPal receipt

Excellent Value for Money

Looking everywhere for a reasonably priced 2 meter shower tray all were in the 600 price range Then I came across Low Cost Plumbing and boy they are as good as they re name 2000mm x 900mm Shower Tray and a 1200 x 1900 10mm wet room screen with brackets delivered for under 450 including VAT Delivery was the best I have ever had with the most helpful driver and they d customer service is second to none The product was excellent by the way

I had problems with the catalog when looking for a specific shower tray but was helped by Jenny JonesEventually got the correct tray for my needsThe prices were far better than any other discounted site so would recommend and use againBig thanks to Jenny Jones very polite and helpful

I ordered two items from this company One came perfectly and quickly The other we had some problems with However they sorted everything out and apologised Everyone makes mistakes but we can t ask for more than for the company to correct that mistake and accepts responsibility So I give this company 5 for resolving my issues effectively and politely

2 small rads

I ordered 2 rads to replace smaller ones for a bit more heat output and these were the only supplier I could find to meet my needs They were high spec so not cheap but have been very effective if a bit expensive they were delivered by the manufacturer earlier than expected and I am very pleased with the overall service - will certainly start any further searches here
