The oil central heating boiler and parts arrived on the agreed day I had been advised by telephone the previous day that delivery would occur between 11 and 12pm However the reminder that arrived at 17 39 gave a delivery time of 05 15-07 13 This meant that the driver and myself struggled to offload the 151kg boiler from the van as it was too early to disturb any neighbours or get anyone else There was no loading equipment and we had to transfer the boiler to my small wheelbarrow and i had to get a neighbour s help later to take the boiler off the barrow and stand it upright on the floor I think this could have been dangerous to the driver and possibly myself if it had fallen The driver might have been injured while slowly sliding the boiler from the van step onto the barrow due to its weight I was worried that it would be damaged but did not want to turn the delivery away Whilst i appreciate there was only the driver in the vehicle i think that where there is a very bulky heavy breakable item where a delivery charge is levied alternative measures are needed to ensure safe delivery Also not everyone may have neighbours able to help

Sent the wrong size item Then insisted on me sending them photos of the item in order to prove it was not the size ordered No flexibility about timings for them to collect the item sent in error

Very poor after sales service Boiler leaking since fitting took 10 days for replacement boiler to be sent out Then did not turn up on date stated turned up 24 hrs later

Kerbside delivery would have been problematic had it not been for the helpful driver who helped with moving the bulky items into the flat Communication about the delivery was rather abrupt some prior discussion would have helped ensure we were prepared to receive Had to purchase a surplus item as I was 10p below the free delivery threshold and customer service had no discretion to waive the miniscule shortfall But overall things arrived in good time and would consider using again

The part I sent for was so small that it could ve been sent by royal mail as large letter not by courier which took ages and cost much more

They did not return my call regarding why my order was still pending 4 days after ordering and paying for my boiler when I cancelled my order they said it was being delivered that day despite someone being home all day the boiler never arrived Phoned low cost plumbing who contacted the supplier and phoned back immediately I requested a full refund which they did immediately Checking my account yesterday my order is still pending Have 3 stars because of poor customer service until cancelling when it was excellent

I will write little update as I have to say their customers service is good if it comes to sorting the refund I can t agree more with previous reviewer about low skilled customer service I phoned them and lady on the phone was just rude and spoke to me like I did something wrong by phoning her DO NOT pay for express delivery such a thing doesn t exist with them I still don t have my item that I ordered and paid for express delivery on 16 07 and I still didn t receive it yet I double checked if it was in stock when placing order over the phone Will never use them again And hope of you will read this review and don t get rip off by them

Firstly easy to use website good price well packaged and reasonably quick delivery Unfortunately I had cancelled this order in the way a representative on the phone told me to OK these are difficult times but I repeatedly phone the company to return the packaged they say right O we will deal with it or I will send you an email BUT I still have the packaged with no details how or when to return it and they still have my cash If this was sorted I would give them a five no bother

Radiator arrived in good time and in good order but with no advanced warning apart from a phone call from the driver about 30 mins ahead It was mounted on an absurd pallet totally out of joint with delivery to a home with instructions that the driver was not to help unpack Online experience fine for ordering

Given an average rating as had an issue initially with items that were shown as in stock but turned out otherwise although things got sorted out fortunately we were not in a hurry The items are good and good value for money so no complaints on that part and they do get issues dealt with
