We got there in the end but my initial

We got there in the end but my initial experience wasn t good I had ordered 2 rads one from Low Cost and one from Screwfix paying by card Screwfix as usual let me authorise my plumber to collect it but Low Cost refused without seeing the card As I would have had to make a special journey for that we reversed the transaction and the plumber collected it paid in cash

Service to purchase was good but delivery was messy with goods not delivered on scheduled date

Good service but didn t inform me when delivery would be so I phoned to ask only to find it was being delivered whilst I was out at work would be better to be given time slot as I did pay 25 for delivery My large shower door and tray were half way down the street and difficult to carry If they made delivery better for customers it would get higher rating

Quick resolution of problems with order

After a call to confirm delivery of my order I was informed there was a delay in my order for some reason it had not been received by the supplier The team checked what could be done to correct this and helped resolve the problem straight away My order was still late as Christmas got in the way but I can honestly say the lady I spoke to was intent on resolving the problem and communicated with me at every stage

Had been looking at loads of bathroom sites on the internet This one happened to come up after several days of looking Had exactly what I was looking for Good value for money Will definitely use this site again Was concerned about delivery as stated signature required Luckily sensible driver left Items in a safe place

Good prices friendly service with a smile well Terri sounded happy which is appreciated

Okay not had my stuff delivered yet but my only downside is the banking system not allowing me to use my Spanish card that s a shame but not low costs fault after many phone calls and exhaustive questions Terri-Anne was always what you would hope for from a supplier you get 10 out of 10 for sticking to your task young lady Thankyou so looking forward to fitting items after there long journey
