Great customer service provided by a very friendly member of staff who s name I unfortunately didn t catch

Positive visit to support me on my first administration of new medication via injection at home Very supportive reassuring giving me the opportunity to test run it first really helped The option to call the nurse direct for any after care was also appreciated hopefully not required Thanks again

My experience with the customer service agent today was a positive experience I was driving which meant my signal kept cutting out but he would ring me back straight away and was very patient with me especially because I can appreciate how annoying it must have been to keep having to start from the beginning Every experience I ve had so far has again been a positive one they have always been helpful even when there s been situations arise out of their control they have done all they can to support

I was called at an inconvenient time A message was left so I could call back I did so waited a very short time and a very pleasant and polite lady arranged a delivery if abatacept pens

I spoke to a very pleasant lady this morning to change the delivery date for my injections I was impressed that she checked the date I needed the injections to ensure they were delivered in time She phoned me back very promptly to confirm the new date for delivery I am really pleased I phoned rather than emailed

They left me 3 messages to say my delivery was ready to book and then when I could I rang back to book I was helped by Emily who quickly organized my delivery She was kind and pleasant on the phone Quick and efficient service thank you
