Absolutely shocking service They make you give up a whole day for a delivery Then give you a 2 hour window the evening before I wait for 4 hours call them and I m told it s a delivery failure as the vans broken down an hour earlier Well it was still late then But no phone call text or apology This is for an urgent delivery as I ve already run out due to their incompetence And then they want to make me wait in on another full day a week later Hopeless

Beware any one using this company they cancel your delivery s without telling you they don t answer emails and trying to get through on the telephone is impossible They are literally playing with peoples lives Their NHS contract should be withdrawn asap URGENT UPDATEAs an update I received a response to this review and have reached out to Lloyds pharmacy patient feedback but I m not expecting them to reply how can this company still be going with 93 negative reviews I will update if I receive a reply tried phoning again today and I was number 65 in the queue

Paul Adams the new CEO of LlloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare needs to get a grip of this organisation Its patient care is none existent Medication does not arrive on time and never does To everyone who is forced to use this service I advise them to go back to your Consultant Doctor and refuse to have your healthcare serviced by them

Shocking company
Shocking company when they dealing with people s artificial nutrition failed deliveries one month they didn t even send me any feed I ve been complaining about them for over 6 months now no managers call backs when requested NEGLECT at its finest I have now changed companies how these can have a contract from the NHS I never know when they don t even respond to the NHS

Absolutely disgusting company My mum s medication has failed to be delivered twice She needs this People s medication isn t something which can be messed around with First thing tomorrow morning we are contacting our solicitor to see what we can do about this I ve just seen your reply my mum has already contacted the email provided below The lack of help is far from okay How on earth human beings can be so irresponsible with peoples medication is beyond me I would be absolutely ashamed to work for your company

I am so frustrated with the service
I am so frustrated with the service this pharmacy give Every 3 months i am due a prescription i am always having to chase up when my medication will be delivered As it helps me with a neurological condition i need my medication to help me function This whole service is very stressful for the patient and there is never any sense of urgency And i keep getting cut off when i ring

More problems Product code excuse this time so can t arrange delivery I m sick to death of problems every month Sent me a new patient portal Waste of time as well Can t arrange deliveries on it Do not tell me to contact you to complain by email I ve tried that several times I ll tell you what you can give me Paul Adams CEO email please Oh and can never get to speak to a manager either Which is why I have to publicly air my views on your incompetent useless company Why the nhs uses you I ll never know CQC are going to be hear from me as well unless I get some answers Was promised yesterday it would be sorted Today I have to chase you as the whole service is useless

Customers need to be allowed to talk to management
I need to be able to talk to management Whenever I ask to talk to a superior or a manager I m never allowed to on a call I can only ever talk to the person calling me For some reason they always read my prescription wrong has been happening for years and driving my pharmacist who writes it mad Whenever I want to talk to someone to sort it out I m not allowed to Any other decent company would let me speak to a manager I feel like this is why LPCH is a mess because if there s a problem it keeps going for years they won t fix it as they won t let me get through to anyone who can fix it

After finally receiving my delivery this week After much discussion back n forth with my hospital and a manager your end I m ok for Xmas period Today however Missed a call from yourselves today rang back Someone trying to arrange my next delivery but couldn t proceed due to processing error beyond their control Never goes smoothly lloyds clinical does it AND no manager to speak to Again So between one delivery to the next potential one It s already gone wrong Not holding out any hope that 2025 will be any different to this year Here we go again Edit 19 12 24Spoke to a highly competent lady called Sue yesterday and the day before I wish I could deal with her each time as she was very professional and helpful She assured me my next delivery will be 30th Dec Although the patient portal doesn t say this I do appreciate her communication and honestly Its a refreshing change from mis communication and lies I m referring to a member of staff who passed on to a manager that I demanded more than one months medication last month Not true Go through every phone call and you won t hear me say that I pray next year goes smoothly and I don t have to post on here any more

Complaint number 7 Delivery was booked by a manager last month due to the previous delivery going wrong Still didn t arrive today Have been told tomorrow We will see LPCH are a danger to people s health So stressful Btw before I get your standard reply please contact patientfeedback lpclinicalhomecare so we can investigate I won t bother thanks Got a backlog of letters from previous complaints Next time if it doesn t arrive tomorrow as promised I will email Paul Adams CEO or maybe CQC would like to hear how stressed i am dealing with LPCH The incompetence happens time and time again Computer error Human error This month new excuse my prescription disappeared from the system after it was booked I don t like going public with reviews as I understand errors do happen BUT it s constant with LPCH
