The beautiful photos convinced me to pay 250 for my boot liner mats When it arrived it was folded into a small box leaving ugly creases on the mats but worse the product felt flimsy like cardboard - no way is the material durable It does not fit well in my Q3 boot not enough Velcro s supplied - There are gaps I wish I can put photos here But here is where the fun frustration begins There is no person to contact Every time I use their chat I get various people named Pandora Julia Eric Max - After a while I get the feeling its the same person with different name I cannot reach someone who can deal with my complains - its always the sameI have passed your complain higher upsomeone will get back to youI am still waiting after 2 months I f you really must have these mats you cant get it at 1 3 of price on Ali EXPRESS - same photos same products as these so called deluxe car lovers who run this company uses Its all crap product from China

Absolute Garbage I ordered new mats for my 2022 Tesla Model S in January of 2022 After many broken promises I recieved the mats in March The mats I received seem to be for a different year or car as they do not fit at all I have now requested a fix or refund on six times Each time they tell me there is something else to wait for Most recently they say their technicians are checking my case Most communications go unanswered This is a terrible company and you should not consider doing business with them

I cancelled a duplicate order within an hour of placing it on Sept 4 2022 They acknowedged the cancellation but I still have not received a refund on my credit card I have filed a dispute advise with the credit card company Mastercard and no satisfaction from them other than that they received my dispute In addition the floor mats are cheaply made Read the reviews and you won t want to deal with this company

Bought the Lincoln Navigator rear cargo set Black on black leather diamond stitching First the leather is Pleather this set came in very poorly sown small individual pieces that have to be adhered to your seat and then velcro d together Definitely not waterproof in any fashion 11 pieces total to cover a very small area Very disappointed with the product and they have NO return policy This is honestly junk
