Unfortunately the microdermabrassion kit you will be left with a bruise if you use for more than a few seconds in one spot and the bigger the attachment the more suction you will get The results weren t amazing Dermaplaning and dermablade product works well Product is ok but I wouldn t recommend it package well and fast delivery

I m seeing a big decline in hair growth

I ve been using this LUX hair removal device for about 2 months once a week every single week and I can see a substantial decrease in the amount of hair that is growing I feel like if I keep using it according to the time frame recommended I will have very little to no hair Not painful I only use it on the 2nd setting and I worked up to that Anything higher would probably be uncomfortable for me I also have the LUX mask and I love it My face is getting so clear and any discoloration I had is fading I don t have very bad acne but I use the blue light therapy about once a week and I ve had no acne period I mostly use it for the red light therapy because I m almost 50 and trying to keep my skin in top notch shape

Helpful Customer Services

Order took a little over 2 weeks to arrive but it arrived Unfortunately my product was not working and customer services were great They asked for a short video of the problem which was provided to them and they confirmed they were happy to replace my item under the 12 month warranty Giving 4 stars because of how long the delivery took but I cannot fault how helpful and apologetic the customer service girls were when handling the problem I was very worried given some of the reviews on here but my experience with LUX Skin has been pleasant so far Now to wait for my replacement

a really transparent company lol

I ve read a lot of reviews complaining that their products came from China I emailed their customer service to confirm and they don t really hide the fact that they are an Australian company and the products really are manufactured in China you just gotta ask via email LMAO thank you lux skin for being transparent

I just received this a few days ago and used it for the first time Wednesday so too soon to see resulet s but I have some of the redness and small bumps like it described Super excited to continue using it and to see results It is super easy to use and very lightweight

Your company has very good service BUT

Your company has very good service BUT PFLogistic is abysmal I am still waiting on a parcel from November - the third time you have sent it The first two according to the tracking number are still in PFLs depot I will not order from you again until this issue is addressed Fingers crossed parcel 3 arrives

I am repurchasing my blow wave brush a

I am repurchasing my blow wave brush a second time after 3 to 4 months because I love the product But it has slowed down and the bristles have become all shaggy and dusty and the motor seems to have slowed down Though this is forgivable since the pricing is super affordable Would be great if there was a way to detach the head and clean it properly But yeah great easy shopping experience otherwise

Great products

Luxskin have some great products I ve only had a small issue with the pro styler and the customer service team were slow to respond but very helpful with a resolution in the end I highly recommend the IPL machine and the LED facial wand I ve had good results with these products

Bought IPL device and face serum Got a free microdermabrasion device All products in working order Haven t used long enough to see results Good value although they automatically added a dermaplaning set that I didn t want and paid extra for without realising Deliver was slow but expected as it came from China

Recanting a bad review on Luxskin to a fair one They came good

My experience with Lux Skin has been honestly a bit of everything great and some bad I did order the led masks I did receive my products took a bit but they did arrive I found communication with them to be mostly good was via emails as they do not have a phone number to use but with that being said I must say they do reply in a timely matter email is acknowledged and then shortly thereafter addressed My experience with them was definitely at times pretty stressful I did lose my patience with them they never lost theirs with me For that I am sorry overall they did hold up their end of our dealings I would do business with them again in the future
