I had issues with my Lyca sim I connected with customer Service and Mr Kyle assisted me and helped me efficiently with my Lyca sim issues Communication was pretty clear and very professionally issue was resolved Thanks to him

Experience with blocking a stolen sim card

Joe ref nr 38383 was very helpful in helping with blocking a sim card that was stolen in my father s phone and explained clearly the steps to transfer the number in a new sim card I hope it will all work well to have the stolen sim card blocked and get back the number in a news sim card

Decently quick procedure

My bank required me to prove my phone number was owned by me by means of a document from my phone company on which my name and the number showed up together Unfortunately the lycamobile web app cannot produce such a document but with the Help Desk from lycamobile provided me with this document in around 10 days I was served by Vincent whose ID is 30197
