registration of my prepaid simcard did not work in the app mails send to the address mentioned for support are just ignored and never answered so they stole my money

I tried to reach out to resolve an issue few times they hanged up in middle of the conversation In the end they didn t helped me and just left the conversation

Be very careful putting your card details They will keep deducting money from your bank for me they deducted 3 times and I bought their unlimited call package which kept saying that I did not have enough of credit to call Strange They will not let you remove your card The customer service does not help at all If you call they say send email if you send email no one responds After trying to explain to them on phone and email for months I finally had to call my bank to stop my card permanently I lost around 100 EUR with no ability to call and their internet is dead

The worst Costumer expirience I ever had I do not recommend this company it is impossible to solve any problem The employees make fun of you in customer support they are not careful they are not interested in solving the problem and they only have generic answers Hello I need an answer and the following problem to be resolved -I traveled to Spain and roaming doesn t work -Saturday i contacted the support and yesterday -I ve already followed all the steps you suggested and it didn t work configuring APN turning on the internet and roaming resetting the device -The problem is not with my device as I tried another sim card from a friend on the same network lyca mobile on my phone and the internet works correctly - You said you would give me an answer within 24 hours and you didn t -I need this problem to be resolved or a solution to be presented as I am here for work and this problem is preventing me from doing so -I don t want to have to take legal action or continue to waste my time with customer service that is not efficient I await your response HOW MY PHONE LOOKS LIKE Iphone 13 mini - I can make calls with the sim card it shows that the 4g is active but does not work -I tried in different cities allready and as I mentioned other sim cards from Lyca mobile works perfectly - this one does not Case number 103295372

Terrible company downright scammers I purchased a prepaid 10GB SIM with EU Roaming It didn t work well at all For the most part I got no reception at all and when I did have a signal it was 2G and barely functioned Customer service was not helpful at all The company admitted that I couldn t use the bundle for 9 days yet they refused to issue a refund After I wrote my review here they wrote a public reply and sent me a email in which they asked for more details After I provided them with the relevant screenshots and information they decided not to reply Stay away from that company

I wrote a positive review here previously as I ve been a happy Lyca customer for many years It s a first port-of-call for any regular traveller and Lyca rarely let me down seriously before Alas I must admit now they did and they keep doing it A SIM lifespan can extend to a dozen years but some items fail sooner than others So my main Belgian SIM died physically It was beginning of November 2022 I contacted Lyca via email and after some unnecessary formalities I ve been through this before they suggested getting a new SIM for the number swap And then they disappeared So I have a new active and registered SIM which is waiting for my old number to get assigned to it and my old dead SIM with a healthy balance which I can t use And Lyca just stopped responding including their key management people Allirajah Subaskaran Premananthan Sivasamy Chris Tooley despite being in the loop Horrible

After writing a review for the customer support for the issue which is not solved yet 2months and counting A customer support agent called me on 11 07 at 11 33 AM and trying to make fun of me as soon as I picked the call Kept on bantering until I told him that I am recording the call He hungup immediately This is the coustomer service numer I got call from 44 20 7536 6450 What is that I this how you treat the customers I have the call recording incase you want to investigate

Firstly I would give it a no star review I have requested for payment failure can t pay monthly subscription due amount a month ago I have supported you with all the documents you asked me After which you are still trying to solve Is this the help desk to support the customers Firstly I have suggested my colleagues 4-5 and friends to opt for Lycamobile network Now I think I ve made a big mistake and poor choice I am totally disappointed with your service and support

Lyca is the one of crafted company Nobody can imagine everyday how much money they took from lyca users In lyca network is servic also when people topup the money by online service 5 topup customer don t getIf customer trying to inform the customer care they will reply am sorry our system doesn t work it will fix soon but 100 lie reply for example on 5th October I was topup on my number 15 euro I don t get bundle afte I was informed the customer care they reply global system problem we will fixt it untill today I don t get nothing also I was Emil to customer support team 3 time until nothing back My request to Portugal government please take the action why the took the money without right service

Bought an eSIM from their website I did get an eSIM that doesn t work After waiting two days for a reply from customer service I eventually learned that I had to get registered for the esim to be activated this was never stated in their website There are two options to get registered 1 Online - The registration form is buggy as hell and won t accept your Personal ID no matter what kind of picture you send them 2 Go to a Shop - They will tell you that it does not workDo NOT buy an eSIM from Lycamobile
