Intentional difficulties

Lyca is really poor on customer service I now have had 2 cases where the have been unable to help 1 I made a mistake when registering my new eSIM and requested a replacement qr-code According to Lyca this was not possible for them so they forced me to ask for a refund of the payment and then register for a new number instead 2 Finally had enough of poor customer service and decided to move the number to another operator which Lyca is blocking Meaning that I can t move my number to another operator but have to go through the pain to change number This is not the first review with this experience here Think hard before changing to Lyca because once there you can t get out Thanks Lyca

sorry for being the worst company around the globe your website is very bad your sim registration process nothing is correct you do not have any offices just working from mars or jupiter i do not know close the company and start farming you do not deserve to cities your customer care support is very bad i do not have the words to explain how bad this company is i will not recommend this company to anyone i am facing problems in my registration and they are not helping and i am losing my days and moving here and there without internet

Prepaid plan does not activate

I purchased an eSIM with a prepaid package The eSIM works fine but the prepaid plan did not automatically activate I ve been trying to reach them multiple times over the phone chat or email with no success for more than a week I have never experienced such a bad customer service it basically doesn t exist I m sure this is just an error as they are a reputed company but I will end up reporting them if I don t get an answer Basically they sold me a product that I cannot use LE Still no answer 7 days after I provided the additional information they requested Avoid them at all cost

And yet once again no contact nothing zip nada I have written down the SIM number and i ve also written down my mailadress twice So everyone out there you can now witness and see what kind of issues and dialogue with Lycamobile you will get If there is some sort of interest go and check my last post on Trustpilot for mail and sim card number

Lyca Sweden SIM not working outside europe

I am using lyca SIM sweden for 7 years now but when i go out of europe lyca SIM never work Which is frustrating mailed them but no solution Worst part is When i come back to sweden then also SIM not working I tried with multiple handset and all the information supplied on website and email on how to set the network and all but nothing works how come all have problem with it Their LIA chatbot is useless only pre populated Questionnaire and never understand a single word outside it This has been problem for the last couple of yearsWhen i don t travel it work but when travel and come back it sucks

too many issues constantly

too many issues constantly network service suddenly not working and their solution is for me to buy a new data plan instead of fixing the issue account getting charged money wrongly for no reason dont waste your time and money on this network and buy another one instead

I bought an eSIM

I bought an eSIM which I managed to activate but unfortunately when trying to make calls it redirects to Lyca customer service They ask me to enter the phone number which I unfortunately don t know as it was not included in the purchase email Email support is not responding and the chat doesn t work either I deleted e sim thinking that reinstalling will help but unfortunately qr code not working anymore Now I need to figure out how to cancel this service so won t get charged next month Good luck

I called customer service after long time waiting they received my call and suddenly they disconnected I waited 2 hours I sent emails but no answer Customer service is very bad
