Telecom company having bad phone lines no recharge activation

Problem with registration bundle I have not received my PIN Code nor order confirmation here is the order confirmation i got when purchasing the order MFST0000047228the problem is that when ordering a SIM card I issued and paid for the xxl package in the order confirmation I was given only the order number but the package was not activated I already contacted your support service and wrote several letters but did not receive an intelligible answer the wait has been dragged on for four days Was it really so difficult to send this pin right away Thanks of course for the Internet but who will return the spent nerves and time to me and again deception the advertisement indicates unlimited minutes and SMS plus 500 international minutes but they simply do not exist why deceive people you are probably kidding very slow incompetent and unprofessional support team

Not user friendly many times doesn t load the page has problems with login also the offers displayed are not always valid or are missing information Also cannot use the top up to buy a bundle

Send me an SMS when my Surf 100 plan runs out It is a great offer and perfect for my limited needs in data but I keep spending unnecessary money after the 100MB are used up That is really annoying

The internet conection strange that I needed 2 times att call for att receive data s tting for internet because I use homewifi automaticly and then when I went out I lost lyca internet and then called the operator and waiting long time just to talk with someone and then sent me the program with kod message to inter happened 2 times

Lycamobile is really a bad quality operator and I m really disapointed I m out of signal for the last 2 days since my last Auto-renew Bundle and they say just that I need to order a new sim And do what Stay more days without the service AWFUL But at least the person on website chat could help me to ask for refunding Thanks Marianne Sherlotte

Lina was very knowledgeable and able to answer my question quickly it was a good customer service experience I am however upset with Lycamobile -the company for stealthily changing data on the bundles as I m now getting less data for the same amount of money
