Cannot receive incoming SMS Everytime I bought a bundle and then not to renew it the same problem arise - unable to receive incoming SMS both international and Sweden It happened 9 9 2020 Now again my phone number was unable to receive incoming SMS since 7 April 21 It was just a disaster during COVID-19 pandemic when I need to get a SMS from the postoffice to get my package to order and get a COVID-19 self test to buy medicine online to get a one time code to activerate my account etc I contacted Lycamobile Sweden via Facebook emails chatroom and called I found Albert s contacts from Trustpilot He got many prasies on Trustpilot but Lycamobile Sweden will not solve the technical problem Lycamobile blamed Telia which Lycamobile is renting the local network in Sweden I knew Albert did nothing wrong and I appreciated he efforts In the past month I did what I was told by Lycamobile I put the SIM into different mobile phones factory setting my iPhone but still unable to receive incoming SMS I bought two new SIM cards and put money into both two new SIM cards I put one new SIM into iphone and did the SIM Swap kept the old number but in a new SIM then a new problem appeared iMessage was unable to be activated It was absolute noting wrong with the hardwares 1 iphone and 2 Andriod mobile phones as both two SIM cards were new I put another new SIM card with a new telephone number into iPhone and found no problem in receiving incoming SMS Albert just kept saying have re-escalated the issue to technical team and asked me to write him all the missing incoming SMS info date time phone numbers MY phone number still unable to receive incoming SMS Do not believe what you see here on Trustpilot Go to Facebook and see what users talk about Lycamobile After waiting for almost 2 months on 4 June I was informed that the SMS problem was solved Then I tested again it worked I stopped using the old telephone number since 5 May 2021 as I already bought a new SIM card and got a new telephone number The problem took me many hours and energy to communicate with Lycamobile notify my friends relatives companies and the Swedish government that I have changed my contact phone number It costed me I can only give Lycamobile three stars

Update 28-02-2020 Finally resolved someone from the Lyca Trust team was good and got my address updated Update 22-02-2020 Some progress but still not resolved yet Provided all details and waiting back to square one Really inconvenient Doesn t say at all on the website how to update the address Update 18-02-2020 They did respond but still not resolved yet Provided all details and waiting back to square one 12-02-2020I m trying to get my profile address updated on my account in Lycamobile Sweden website It shows some weird error both from my android mobile and laptop web browser I ve sent lyca customer service all the details and provided all ID proofs as requested But after that they have disappeared and not responding Even I called on their number 3332 but no use

Unbeatable prices but not always working
Couldn t fix my bundle topup during the weekend that is what lowered my rating but unbeatable prices also negative that lyca is unable to handle sending and recieving mms

I had a simple request for transferring
I had a simple request for transferring my number from one LYCA sim to another LYCA SIM and that took 10 to 12 working days I was dissapointed with this long time Calling at the customer care number didnt help However when I escalated it to the escalation mail id things started moving and finally it was done So thanks to the escalation team but poor show by the regular team

I only give you 3 starts because you do not answer my letters to your support office in Stockholm i still use my vectone simcard and I want a new lyca sim but to keep my Phone number as it is now every 4 minuters my internet and antenna stop working for around 1 minute after that it works again for another 4 minuters so you see i am not very happy From 0721 290842 Peter
