I recently had the unfortunate experience of accidentally deleting important files from my computer causing me to panic and feel like I had lost everything Thankfully I came across Mackeeper an app that specializes in recovering lost or deleted files I was a bit hesitant at first as I had never used a data recovery app before but I decided to give it a try The process was simple and straightforward and I was amazed at how quickly the app was able to scan my computer and locate the files that I thought were lost forever Thanks to Mackeeper I was able to recover all of my lost files and folders which saved me a lot of stress and time trying to recreate them from scratch I highly recommend this app to anyone who may find themselves in a similar situation Overall I am very grateful for the help that Mackeeper provided me Their app is efficient easy to use and helped me recover important files that I thought were gone forever Thank you Mackeeper

I had the charge from Cleverbridge for Mackeeper I don t know how the original charge was made but I definitely did not want another 2 year subscription to something I was not using Even if it is a great product I have tools in place I am comfortable with So I called and talked with Riley who was very helpful and a good salesperson The call resulted in a refund that I was looking to receive now I wait the 5 days to see that it actually comes through If it does then my confidence in Mackeeper goes way up for them as a reputable business

My Find and fix was stuck at 50 and I didn t know how to get passed it When I clicked support Simon immediately responded and took me through the steps to make sure things were safe and my issue resolved Excellent support

This was a most difficult case and took some time to straighten out I was trying to download the program but having a difficult time I am 82 years old and not a genius with computers Thanks to a lot of patience on the part of the last technician Dominic I was finally able to access the program What a relief Thank you MacKeeper

I have had this service for several years now and every time I use it the tech runs the scan fix and gives me a report they make suggestions for things to do but never push you to purchase anything Nico just helped me activate MK on my wife s laptop walking me through the process with all the patience in the world Thanks again Nico for all the help
