The Support Team was immediately responsive when I notified them CleanMyMac stopped working after the new MAC-OS Sonoma 14 0 upgrade Within two days their developers had applied a fix and the update was ready Now everything works again

Great customer tech support

These guys got an unusual question from me and when their first ideas didn t work they set up a special procedure by which I could send them relevant logs After I did that and sent them another couple of updates on things I had tried they solved the problem which wasn t with my system or their app but a function of my new computer I hadn t known about Thanks Macaw team So great and rare to experience customer tech support like this

I had difficulty running a scan after updating my computer I contacted MacPaw Customer Support and got immediate attention They walked me through the process of trying to determine the problem and a fix was eventually found They stayed with me all the time over three days until the solution was found THIS is the very definition of great support It wasn t just one person replying it seems I had a whole team invested in helping me Couldn t ask for more than that Thank you

I ve used CleanMyMac since 2015 and have never been disappointed in its performance The only trouble I have had was recently when CleanMyMac could not remove some Adware that it found on my computer After asking MacPaw for help Lenka solved the problem with one email and an easy fix and now my computer is back to normal Thank you MacPaw for a great program Dependable easy to use and I am able to buy a standalone license avoiding needing a subscription Not all companies offer the ability to buy a one-time license and I appreciate that MacPaw does I tell my friends about CleanMyMac and so far 2 of them have bought the program Thank you MacPaw
