The ornaments weren t as nice as they look online Also they came in bubble wrap in a regular mailing box- not a nice box as show online Expensive ornaments and the quality was not great for the price

Poor updates

We liked the product we received but were very disappointed in the tracks updates It showed the item was ready for shipment and the next update we received was it was delivered Nothing in between although the company kept sending an email saying it had shipped while everything else said it was prepared for shipment Very confusing if it was going to be received

All together I ordered 4 items

All together I ordered 4 items 2 in one order and 2 in another The first order I made in Nov I received that order on time no issues The 2nd order I made was on Dec 1st It was lost then found late When I finally received it I was missing an item personalized affirmation pillow Now have to scramble to find another gift since that item didn t come in Money spent and nothing to show for it

One ornament showed up without the hole

One ornament showed up without the hole to attach a hanger I reached out to support about it with clear descriptions and pictures of the one with the needed part shown on the website as well as pictures of what I received to show clearly the difference A few days later I received an email back from someone who obviously neither read my description of the issue or looked at the pictures They simply suggested I reach out to the post office to see when my items were not delivered but they were and I never claimed otherwise Now I had to gift the incorrect one so that I had one for each nephew and it s not clear they will ever send a correct one We ll do a credit card charge back if not resolved soon

I placed 3 orders 1 arrived in 10 days the other arrived later and the 3rd order still has not arrived Their website needs to be MUCH clearer on production times and which country they are shipping from I never would have ordered the sweater if I knew it was coming from China and would never make it by Christmas 3 weeks from my order date

Great product terrible shipping

I love the ornament but it was very delayed and finally arrived two weeks later than expected Communication was lacking partially the fault of the shipping company

I received my 3 items Christmas tree photo ornaments in a fairly timely fashion However I am somewhat disappointed in their appearance Several of the photos do not fill the squares I reached out immediately 5 days ago but have had no response other than an automated email saying that I would be contacted in a few days

Received the items in very nice box When I opened the box and lifted the packaging the item on top of the other one was broken This was Tuesday the 19 dec Contacted immediately support explaining situation and still awaiting reply UPDATE received a response today Dec 24 they offer to replace item Let s hope it arrives in one piece
