Wndless spam and no responses to actual purchase question

Having placed an order I now get at least 3 to 5 emails a day advertising from them But when I asked a simple question about my order they can only respond we will get back to you on that They never actually respond I m never doing business with this company again Totally unresponsive but they now have sold my email address to about 6 other companies Opting out of their marketing is totally ignored

Deceiving

The ornaments could be very nice but when adding your picture the ornament looks deceptive because they have the display hanging on a tree and it appears to have more decoration than it actually does We lost our father this year and I ordered ornaments with both our parents and it looks very bare I put in my complaint and they refused to do anything but discount new ornaments even though you are suppose to be 100 satisfied I ll never do business with this company again

Dont lie about delivery time

Especially during this time of year expectations on delivery are very important You can t say something will arrive by a certain day and then miss the mark by two weeks Order was sent 12 days ago and was ONLY places because of the expected delivery date still being days before my event Thanks for my ugly sweater looking like it wont get here until after X-mas party waste of 50 as it is customized with peoples faces attending the party and can t be reused later

Have yet to order very nervous due to the fact that it seems that there is zero response to your negative reviews makes it seem as though your good reviews are staged think I ll stick with Etsy

Broken ornament No help

We received a broken ornament It would have been beautiful so we were not originally upset just disappointed We tried contacting the company to request a replacement and got back what appeared to be a scripted email that did not address our problems telling us that our package has been delivered and if we could not find it to ask the neighbors This wasn t our problem Our package was not lost our ornament was delivered broken I tried contacting again but received no reply We are very disappointed with this company Instead of any help we just received a request to rate their services So here is my rating

It was like the picture that was shown

It was like the picture that was shown online As it had a black background and I when I received then it was a clear background The quality was not that great with the clear background Secondly we had notification that it was delivered on December 15th and nothing arrived When I reached out to the company they don t need to take 2 to 3 business days and there was out of their control it would be great if your company window consumer know that this is a problem on the delivery dates

Ordered five ornaments with names Three correct One spelled with two gs not two zs One of the photos turned out real dark Over four days after I received notification that they got my message still no response as when I can expect replacement at least for mis spelling Just poor customer service

Lost and late order

I ordered an ornament on the first of December A tracking number was given to me but the ornament was never shipped When I reached out to them they sent a replacement out ASAP It was to arrive today but the post office didn t deliver it for insufficient address I have no idea what was missing or if I will ever get this ornament Seeing that Christmas is 1 day away now I don t see the point I was so excited to give this to my daughter to put on her tree before Christmas

Unhappy with the product

I ordered two items on two separate Order numbers on the same day The second order I placed came with a chain to hang it on the tree and was very well made The first order came in different packaging without any chain to hang it on and was scratched and the image was very small It is a far inferior product to my second order Why are the two orders poles apart in terms of quality

I needed an extra ornament wrote to your Customer Service and never heard a word back These ornaments are NOT easy to make I ended up having to remake another ornament - which was EXTREMELY time consuming
