My order came in time for Christmas It was exactly like the picture I had picked out I was very pleased with my experience

Shipping protection was poor

Shipping protection was poor The ornaments were very pretty and perfect I ordered 5 of them But There was no sticky paper on them for protection as shown in photo nor was there anything luke even tissue paper between them to prevent rubbing and scratching They were simply piled on top of one another and put in an envelope for shipping That was VERY disappointing And there were small scratches from rubbing during shipping

First Experience

I was able to track my package I was disappointed that it was shipped from China although there is a USA address listed for the company The ornaments are adorable and were made as specified However they are a lot smaller in size than expected

Quality is good

The picture tree ornament is cute albeit a bit small I would not go with the smallest size--you will have to squint to see the pictures Shipping took forever 3 weeks I ordered during Black Friday though so maybe that s why Just give yourself plenty of time to receive gift I like the quality and will order again

The two ornaments are beautiful I will definitely use Macorner again The only reason I am rating my experience a 4 is because it took nearly a month for them to come To be fair it was the week of Thanksgiving when I ordered so I m sure they were extremely busy

My two nice products items came delivered broken

My two items came delivered broken however I contacted them and rectified the issue They offered a discount but after explaining that these were for gifts and I couldn t give them broken they decided to reship them again Hope they arrive before Xmas Delivery did take sometime

Ordered theses for Christmas gifts and love them only problem I have with them is the hair color on them doesn t match what it looks like on the website Other than that they are nice

Where s my order

I received an email on November 22nd that my order had been shipped It s now December 11th and I still haven t received it So until my order arrives I m giving Macorner a 1 star rating Update - after posting this review yesterday this morning I received an email that my order was out for delivery And I have it And I love it Only 4 stars because of their shipping

Just okay

I ordered 2 ornaments The pictures on my family tree ornament were blurry I uploaded high quality photos So the quality is not good The ornament itself is very light and cheap material as well I wouldn t order it again

The personalized christmas ornaments

The personalized christmas ornaments were great I just wish there were more options for the background I did send my suggestion to Macorner and got the standard Ticket response Sat Dec 2 7 20 AM that Jennie or someone from the support team will look at my suggestion further but nothing after that If you already have the template for other christmas ornaments I would think it should be simple to apply the template to other christmas ornaments
