Easy to order

Easy to order delivery was a bit longer then expected but got there within a week after the Birthday event This was a gift for my Best friend of 50 years she loves it and said it was super soft and the picture is great She also stated that she would cherish the Blanket for the rest of her life and told her husband that when she passes away someday she wants the blanket buried with her lol

Love This Ornament

The items were great I got a lot of great feedback from all of the office people that saw it It looked a lot like the co-workers and myself I love it they love it it was a great gift my only downside to this was the shipping I honestly didn t think I was going to get it on time to give it to them for Christmas The tracking updates were incorrect and gave me anxiety

The ornament was exactly as shown on the website It looks fantastic But they gave me a chain a hook and a ribbon and I don t know how to connect them I wrote to them but they seem to think I didn t receive my order I m just trying to get assistance with assembly

Good experience for the most part

Mostly a great experience but with one ornament I was trying to order I had placed a ticket for help By the time they got back to me from Customer Service that particular ornament acrylic was sold out I had to use another company because I had 8 characters and I couldn t get them all to show which is why I asked for help

It was fun making ornaments for family members They could use a few more hairstyles like with hats on I would order the next size up next time to better read the writing on the ornament Communication was good Ornaments came on time
