I didn t adjust the picture

I didn t adjust the picture on my ornament and when I received it I was sooo upset because the top of the head was cut off I contacted customer service and they told me to do it again and they would only charge me for shipping I couldn t believe it I never expected that because it was entirely my fault These ornaments are positively beautiful and their customer service is second to none

I was skeptical and very nervous about ordering something from a Facebook ad but I am very happy with the products I purchased and there were no issues whatsoever with the order or with the delivery They are beautiful and I m sure my family members who are receiving these gifts will be very happy Thank you so much Merry Christmas to you and all your employees for the great work they do

Was leery about ordering but decided to give it a try Loved the ornament when I first saw it loved it more once I received At first thought personalization was to small but actually was perfect anything larger would ve been gaudy Colors design everything about it was perfection I do not regret ordering

Although it took a few weeks to arrive the personalized reading pillow for my daughter-in-law will surely be a hit this Christmas She is definitely just a woman who loves books I also ordered another one for a dear friend You can slip a book or gift card from a book store into the pocket to enhance your gift

Order siblings forever

The ornament I order siblings forever was just beautiful I order one for me n my sister then another for my husband s side They were so heart touching My sister said she s keeping hers out all year long The only thing that would have been wonderful is my husband n I had siblings one a todler mine a baby that passed it would be nice to have toddlers n babies included in the siblings forever ornament It also was delivered very timely
