My order was supposed to arrive on Saturday after being ordered on Monday morning A week and a half later it still has not arrived and I have been told that tracking is not available Complete inconvenience as my order was for a retreat this week which I now have to go shopping for again last minute

Where do I start ordered some led candles via website what came was totally different Took pack to the shop assistant couldn t actually see what the problem was Shame the products given don t actually match what s in their website

Matalan sent delivery via EVRI Their choice Waited in three days for the delivery but after a week ended up being declared lost Got refund after several contacts EVRI lost delivery At least EVRI getting better took another supplier three months before declaring delivery lost so well done Matalan but as I say your choice

Told lunch time Wednesday my parcel was with Evri By Sunday pm still no delivery rang your help line and after 60min speaking to two different Robots I was told a credit would be put back on my card Service somewhere between Rubbish and Appalling

I wish I could rate zero Bogiwe she was very good over the phone helping me with my enquirer regarding my online order but it took me 37 min to finish to talk to her that was a very long process to deal without receiving return label and one of the invoice was missing Never shopping from Matalan online again

Can t leave a review as still haven t received my items Ordered paid for them on 18th March received a confirmation email saying when items were dispatched I would receive another email a text A few days later I tried to set up a Matalan account to track my order wouldn t accept my details kept saying error on the website try later Ended up downloading their app setting up account via that Went to my orders tracked my delivery it said estimated delivery to my local store on 23rd March Chose the option to track order again via app says error page removed url not found Went to my local store yesterday they don t know why it hasn t been received or where it actually is Today is 26th March I still have not received my order or even know where it is despite having paid At this point I m more tempted to approach them for a refund

I have had major problems with the company you use for delivery I have logged 2 complaints with them The 2 parcels that were delivered by Evri Was not delivered to my address or to a cottage house They were delivered to an unoccupied flat with the Number 1 on the door I asked all my neighbours if they had received my parcels Luckily one remembered someone saying a parcel was at the door of a flat That brought it to me as I am a disabled pensioner with mobility problems I am still waiting for a response from Evri I will need to think about ordering from Matalan

Shocking customer service Courier advised order damaged so returning to matalan 2 days later order is delivered after i received a refund Matalan expect me to return this item to store at my cost or pay for a courier I advised I won t do this and expect them to collect from me at their own cost It s my problem not matalan since they kindly refunded me I should return the item at my cost I don t think so

Terrible had to chase my order up that was getting delivered to store didn t turn up Call centre told me it had been lost in transit still waiting for my refund Went back on to reorder and get delivered to my home but out of stock so feel I was lied to I ve order in another colour given them a last chance never had this problem with Matalan before hope it was a one off

Ordered items paid was emailed to confirm they d been dispatched Then got an email saying 1 item cancelled No opportunity to substitute and paid postage for fewer items which I d now need to pay again if I want to send an alternative These were gifts and I m embarrassed Unlikely to shop online with Matalan again
