Goods were delivered on time in fact a day early Unfortunately for various reasons they were unsuitable The lady in the Llanelli store was excellent dealing with my returns I received a prompt return payment

From website to ordering and paying to a really quick delivery service Then a delighted customer going through her purchases and wearing great items of clothing The prices Matalan offer are very competitive I have not had anything that is of inferior material or not made to a very good standard Keep up the good work Matalan

Customer service

After placing an order I decided to cancel it within the first 24 hours I was directed to the supplier which cancelled the order immediately I had to wait over a week for the refund and had to followup with the supplier but a courtesy call from Matalan soon confirmed my refund

Quick service and delivery although I had trouble ordering on line entering my email address as a guest customer as I had forgotten my password it just kept saying email invalid I ended up ordering over the phone which was an excellent service Very pleased with my cardigans which people have commented on and said how nice they are

My grandson recently started work and needed a pair of shoes instead of his usual trainers We found a good choice on offer and he chose a lovely real leather pair for quite a reasonable price which then turned into a bargain when we got to the till and there was a further 20 discount

I bought the waistcoat jacket and trousers - what a fabulous suit I can t quite believe it s from Matalan And such a bargain Absolute love all 3 items - each can be worn individually or together as an outfit Very happy with the quality feel colour and style
