One of the items I ordered was cancelled with no reason given Due to the distance l need to travel to the store it made it not worthwhile me travelling to collect the other item

I ordered a size 12 though the product comes in S M L Normally in the UK size 12 is Medium but I ve been sent a large This is very confusing for the customer and now I ve got a blouse that I could have told you would have been too large for me and got the hassle of returning it ordering a different size if they ve still got it and getting to the store to do an exchange

No notification of my returns arriving back with you no updates at all on my refund Should not take this long to process and shouldnt leave people waiting for their money after also having to pay for postage back to you so already out of pocket for an item that doesn t fit

Rude staff at the till point I was asked for payment for an item and was also collecting an item another member of staff wanted my order number at the same time I said I wont be a minute she then walked of Another member of the public said this is a joke no manners either as in please and thankyou of the staff

Free delivery over 19 99 was advertised however not applied to my order I was offered a money off voucher but could not be used on the order I had already placed only a new order of non sale items I was disappointed Thanks for the reply how does contacting you again change the situation

Have more tills you can pay cash with and pick up parcels literally 2 tills out of like 10 that take cash and only one person serving so was stood in a que for about 10 15 minutes as Que was long

I ordered a jumper to click and collect After a short delay I had a call from the Canterbury manager to say they had received my parcel but that it was the wrong jumper He said the number on the website was incorrect and that he would have to refund my money Disappointed as I really liked the jumper

Website Problems

I ordered a shirt dress for click and collect After 5 days the first notification I received was an email thanking me for returning the item I emailed customer services to inform them I had never received item and was told that item had been damaged in transmit Item now out of stock but after adding reminder on website to let me know when item is back in stock I have received numerous emails informing me item is available only to find that when attempting to reorder the item will not add to basket On one occasion I did get as far as paying for item only to receive email that item was out of stock and I d be refunded Absolutely awful service

Would score 5 star except for till rules

Would score 5 star for the store service productsBUT I ordered online because I wished for more jeggings the same purchased years ago instore One can no longer pay instore unless by cash or are collecting an online purchase so this is the only purchase I have made from this company since that rule was implemented I do not shop anywhere that only operate self service tills Staff at local store are not at fault They are not the decision makers and are friendly and helpful but have to follow the rules set by those who look only at the bottom line I could easily have just popped into the store tried on the two jeggings and purchased but only with cash Hence messing about with online
