Unable to handle product launches and will take your money regardless of stock actually being available Awful slow support that doesn t respond until new releases are out of stock Do not use this company if you want any customer support or are buying a newly released product

Terrible customer service My advice buy it from Amazon and pay the ten bucks more You will be glad if you run into issues with the product as MaxGaming tries and makes you jump through hoops before they offer the warranty that you are rightfully owned

Ordered g pro superlight and a mousepad a while ago the item was stuck on tracing for a long time while their support day by day ignored me kept being arrogant and refused to return my money Hopefully was paid using PayPal so they checked everything and realised that the item didnt arrive after what they sent me the money back I suggest any other site then this

Worst support My package arrived after 20 days in stock items didnt accept the package on arrival and still have to pay for return

Huge problem whit delivery as a result

Huge problem whit delivery as a result of incorrect shipping label because of mistake of MaxGaming DHL informed me there will be no home delivery because of incomplete delivery address So I asked MaxGaming for a copy of shipping label just to determine if there was a proper delivery address but THEY DIDN T GIVE A S about my request Consequently I had to struggle against DHL and was forced to ask my friends for picking up the parcel for me while I was out of home for a while and the only person who was at home at that time wasn t able to collect the parcel from pick up point where the parcel was redirected by DHL

I bought a mouse from max gaming it went lost they send another one to me but had a issue After some days I send it back to them and they said they couldn t get me a refund because it seems I got the mouse delivered which I don t So I got no more response after that End of the story I stayed with -200 scam

6M to cancel order

I made a buy in august with one item currently not in stock now six months later they have canceled the order No updates or information until now can t take that long

Wrong shipping adress and extremly bad costumer service

After they labeled the adress wrong because of their horrible horrible Klarna system wich changes the shipping adress on its own DHL was not able to ship the package to Packstation here in Germany Now that i don t even touched or were able to receive my package they charge me for shipping wich was free in first place Costumer service is super horrible arrogant and don t even bother to help me receiving my package The costumer service didn t want to give me back my money and told me i have to contact Paypal wich i did and now i have to wait and HOPE that i get my money back AVOID THIS SHOP

Slow RMA handling times and long response times for support

Opened a RMA 3 weeks ago and I can see that the parcel is delivered back Still no indication of when the RMA will be handled The only thing you get to know when you call them is We who answers the Telephon do not have any informations Why do you have a support hotline which cannot help at all Allocate these ressources to your mail Support and RMA handling Your long and slow handling time is a pain in the butt and isn t anything you should be proud of The customers are waiting in an eternity I m not critisising the people working in the support departement I think they really try their best Im crisitising the people behind which are in charge to secure a fast and easy process and recruting enough people
