Hello everyone I ordered from max gaming approximately a week ago I live in a Scandinavian country but my package has not arrived yet They say that the arriving time to scandanavian countries is around 3-8 days I know that the holidays can affect the shipping times but if the I will update if I even get the package

Ordered a variety of items including mousepads from maxgaming Upon returning some of them for which you ll have to manually email them I was informed that they would charge and I quote some extra fees for every opened product even though I told them I hadn t opened all products only due to the reason outlined below They were unable or unwilling to quantify exactly what this amount was in advance Because it took over a month the expected arrival time of some of the items I was waiting for kept being pushed back to dispatch my order I took it upon myself to order some of these mousepads at different retailers which didn t have a month lead time I don t think this is much or any fault of maxgaming though as international shipping delays and expected arrival times are hard to predict currently After receiving the order from maxgaming I was surprised by the abysmal packaging the order was packed in a single cardboard box without any extra padding I assume this is why the packaging of 2 mousepads were slightly roughed up some creases here and there I opened a couple of mousepads swiped a mouse across them and concluded that some of them weren t it for me AC varients I was unsatisfied with the quality of the grip of the rubber underneath the pads to be exact This all seems to be perfectly in line with their open purchase policy which I will quote here you may check your products in the required manner to certify that it complies with its description and properties Apparently opening a mousepads packaging does not fall within this check according to maxgaming as they referred to this sentence in their T C MaxGaming MaxFPS AB has the right to make a reduction if the product has been depreciated Honestly I have no idea how anyone would check a product without ever opening the packaging so as far as I m concerned it s just a way to charge people when anything gets returned regardless of the state of the product The end result of this all was them charging 10 per mousepad of which they divined it had been opened All mousepads I opened were returned in pristine condition I even made sure to open them from the bottom to avoid breaking the seal to avoid damaging the packaging in any way I would have been perfectly fine with this charge just for the convenience of being able to try out some of these mousepads if only they had stated this clearly on their website instead of this backhanded sneaky way of snaking themselves into some pittance fees At least the partial refund was relatively fast so I ll add a star for that
