My order on max gaming

ok So far i have no problems in buying products from MaxGaming since today I bought some Ice mouse feet for my logitech G pro wireless superlight sadly after i received and opened the package the mousefeet were bended I sended maxgaming a email and they responded really quick i asked if i could get a replacement but they asked me if i contacted the carrier about a reclamation errand idk what it means because every other internet webshop when i had a problem and sended the costumer support a message they handled my case always as expected im just going to wait and keep your guys up to date with the outcome i am sure the costumer support will help me out EDIT okay as expected i received new mouse feet and this time they where perfect it was not hard to communicate with the costumer service i only have 1 thing to add i payd for fast delivery what toke me the first time 1-2 days the replacement however toke 8 days in my opinion if a costumer paid for fast delivery then send the replacement also as soon as possible because i had no mousefeet for 8 days wich means i could not play games that is in my opinion not max gaming However they fixed the problem sended me a new pair definitely will buy more here in the future

Just a good company

First i ordered a few switches which were not in stock On the website you could ordered them because they expect it the next month But when it was the next month the date was extended to the next month and so on Now they don t know anymore when to expect them and you can t also order them on there website I bought some other switches who were on stock and got them pretty fast in my opinion I live in belgium and they got track and trace Im glad i got those switches and they cannot send what they didn t get but im still hoping they will be on stock fast They update the website if there unsure when to get so i give it 4 stars

Hi AllOriginal review is below the dashed line This is an update The Glorious mouse was finally delivered inn January I had by then given up hope on Maxgaming delivery and spent around 150 on Logitech G Pro mice The Glorious wireless mouse from Maxgaming was well packed and the mouse works well I increased number of stars from 1 star to 4 star Please do not buy from them My item shipped on 10-Dec and is pending delivery today 13-Jan I followed up with customer support several times but each time their answer are from a template putting the blame on Covid If you buy from them ensure you chose a shipping that s fast and expensive or else there is no guarantee the item will ever be delivered Meanwhile sellers in USA proactively email me to send another shipment when they see USPS has not been able to deliver the item on time

UPDATE The customer service was quick to reply Received a product with a minor defect at first but the customer service was trying to help me solve the issue by replacing the product or by refunding me after i showed them pictures of the product Since the defect was very small i managed to fix the issue by myself

Poor Customer Support EDITED

Bought a mouse a while back 1 year and 8 months it s having problems now but it still falls under warranty They ve asked to send me a vid of the problem and I provided them with one The item was still defective after their suggestions replacing the mouse cable Then they claimed that my warranty has ran out but still offered me a replacement cable When I mentioned that I know of the legal 2 year warranty they redirected me to talk with the manufacturer to see if it s actually defective EDIT After some more emails we have worked out a solution

No problems with maxgaming

Hello I have not had trouble with maxgaming I usually buy stuff through CDON online department store but the original maxgaming site is ok no problem with setting up account or ordering I m currently waiting for a tub of XGAMER energy drinkI will followup if I have any problems with the time or shipping

Probably understaffed but good service

Received a mousepad with bad stitching and it wouldn t lay flat after weeks but i ended up getting a full refund it wasn t as easy as it couldn t have been but i m giving it 4 stars because they did refund me in the end
