They claim to have the world s best customer support The tracking for my parcel hasn t moved for more than one month First time I contacted them they claimed it s because DHL Global Mail isn t tracked Except it is even on Maxgaming s own website they state DHL Global Mail Tracked Fully tracked parcel within 7-14 business days After another 10 days I asked Maxgaming to investigate the parcel with DHL - this is just filling out a 2 minute online form but can only be done by the sender Maxgaming wouldn t even take this simple action to help resolve the situation instead telling me the delay is due to the Covid situation in Australia If they had even bothered to check the tracking they would have seen that the parcel is still in Germany So far they have not done a single thing to help Instead making 2 false claims to brush me off Edit Maxgaming refused make an inquiry with DHL Instead they gave a sarcastic response thanking me for this review Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time here

By far the worst experience I ve ever had with online shopping Would not recommend anyone buy from this site It s been over a week and still no update on where my package is so I ve requested a refund via email and still have not heard back from them AWFUL serviceUpdate it s now been a month and still have not received what I paid for

Seems like they might be OK if they changed courier to anyone else but PostNord They have had my package for 6 days now and I still haven t received it yet I can t give maxgaming any better of a review than the worst possible 1 star as a company is only as strong as your weakest link Appalling service

Was promised 2-3 days delivery They end up sending it with the wrong company and I get punished and have to wait 2 weeks for my order When I email them about it complaining wanting some kind of compensation they completly ignore my request they didn t even comment on me wanting compensation they just told me that my order is on the way Took 1 week before I was even able to track my order

Do not buy from Maxgaming they ship with worst service and make you pay a considerable amount for it they advertise max 7 days delivery in EU it s 11 days and still nothing stay away Update 29th of December still nothing last tracking update was the 18 I tried reaching customer service via email the 23rd asking for a refund or for a new mouse to be sent they are not responding Update the order got delivered after 3 months I m updating the review cause scammy maxgaming flagged it to clean his profile but I m sorry the review stays up

jesus christ avoid this site 1- they store your password in clear i think it is illegal after last EU laws 2- i purchased one item they recevied the money but no trace of my order registered in their system 3- their customer support is clueless they said that i have to contact their payment provided jesus christ can you belive it

Well if you are looking to see if anyone else has had fraudulent activity from their bank then yes I have Don t rely on max gaming to help you find out information as they clearly don t care My advise go to the authorities as well as advising your bank They clearly don t have any security checks especially if it s linked to a company called Klarna who also don t help How can I supply a order number if I ve never bought from max gaming or Klarna Stupid people and unhelpful and don t listen

Awful experience The support does not respond you are basically gambling that there will be no issues I ordered twice First time the order arrived Second order did not arrive and the support is ignoring any messages I send The order delay of ONE MONTH in itself is not the biggest issue but nonexistent support is So with 50 order success rate and 0 support you can basically count it as a scam Please don t buy from here
