Unfortunately I received a mouse with a manufacturing defect However the support was extremely good and I was quickly assisted with a replacement delivery

Ordered from them multiple times now and had excellent service each time Very fast delivery to the UK I returned 1 item due to me not liking the shape of a mouse and the RMA process was quick and easy

i ordered a hayate otsu from Austria and it arrived perfectly on time no issues the right product everything as planned

i ordred a chair with them true cdon after some initial trouble due to cdon they owned up to it and fixed it all to my satisfactionreally good service i can only recomend them

I ordered the wrong mouse skates at first I have a G Pro X Superlight and ordered some for a Razer mouse contacted their support team via e-mail and they responded the next day told me they will cancel the order and the money will be back in 3-5 days which was true it was back in around 3 days After I ordered the correct mouse skates I waited they provide you with a link in your email to a tracking platform where you can track every step from multiple mail companies in my case DHL and BPost So I waited a couple of days the package made its way from Sweden to Germany and from Germany to Belgium Once it got to Belgium I thought I would have them the next day but that wasn t the case it took a while so I contacted them and they told me because of a strike at DHL I think they are running behind on mail and told me it can take up to 3 weeks for my mail to arrive Well more waiting but in the end they arrived today I put them on and let me tell you they are buttery smooth A must upgrade Overall the experience was super good their support team is super friendly and will help you with your questions I don t see why people throw so much hate around maybe it was just your experience but I would 100 recommend them they are great people

I bought a DXRacer chair that cracked in the seems of the cushin after 3 years I complained and got a replacement chair no questiones asked The chair i got was so uncomfortable that i asked to send it back and it was no problem at all I got a third replacement all of this free of charge also and im so happy with the customer care and service level of this company Theyre greate xD
